Assembly & Instructions - Floor Assembly 4) Begin laying flooring panels down utilizing Floortble installation grid and instructions.

Pay special attention to non-standard panel designation stickers located on bottom side of each non-standard panel (i.e. half panels and corner panels). Each standard panel is interchangeable. Note that the panel with 3 hole should be located in center of floor for power cable management.

Panels Loose

Panels Fitted

5) Starting with top row on the plan, lay panels from left to right with the red joint blocks towards the right

!

6) Route power cables underneath floor panels and up through 3 hole in center panel and pay special attention not to pinch cables.

10

Assembly & Instructions - Floor Assembly 7) Lay second row from left to right noting non-standard panel designation. Center panel in second row should contain 3 hole.

!

8) Proceed laying rows 3 and 4 following installation grid below as a guide.

!

Complete floor panel installation.

9) Install aluminum edging trim pieces to floor panels noting trim placement on floor diagram above.

11

Assembly & Instructions - Halo Tower 10) Assemble tower halo to tower base unit by bolting the halo cross member supports to top of tower base using bolts and washers (4ea) supplied in the project tool box. The nuts are already affixed to the Halo Tower.

!

11) Route main power cable from floor panel up through holes in bottom 2 support shelves in tower.

!

12) Install Bose branded black fabric graphic panel to top of halo by securing with Velcro.

Assembly & Instructions - Listening Kiosk 14) Position first listening kiosk adjacent to tower utilizing layout plan as a guide.

!

15) Adjust leveling feet to stabilize kiosk and align Norse components on kiosk and tower base. Leveling feet are located behind lower kick plates on both sides of kiosk. These are held on by velcro and can easily be removed to access the leveling feet by simply pulling towards you from underneath the panel or prying lightly with a screwdriver

!

16) Connect kiosk to tower by utilizing 8mm Hex wrench and locking hook side of Norse lock (2 each) into receiving side. This step is critical to stabilize tower unit which is top heavy. Unlock and open the kiosk doors. Norse locks are accessed from inside the kiosk (Photo 1) and are activated by inserting the allen wrench into this location noted in Photo 2 (and turned clockwise. The kiosk must be firmly placed against the center tower to assure proper connection (See Photo 3). Once this has been achieved, you will feel it “snap" into the locked position and see it attach to the receiving side from the inside of the Halo Tower. Please make sure this is firmly affixed before proceeding.

iPad Application

This iPad application is designed to give consumers the greatest possible experience with the Noise Cancelling products offered by Bose®. The application covers 2 key Bose products, the QuietComfort®15 and the new QuietComfort®20. Both feature the Bose “gold standard” we’ve all come to know in Noise Cancelling technology, but the QC®20 is the first time this technology has been incorporated into a Bose® in-ear headphone. This application features demo videos that enhance the experience and showcase the amazing features of each headphone. At the end of the demo, there is the ability to listen to popular music for an even greater experience. Attract Loop: While the application is not being used, an attract loop will be on a continuous loop. This loop notifies the consumer to touch the screen to begin. If there is no consumer standing at the display, the Attract Loop will continue to cycle through until someone engages with the application.

Language Screen: Once the screen is touched and the demo is initiated, an optional language screen will appear. Not every region will have a language screen, especially those with one primary language. This screen only appears if more than one language is selected within the admin panel.

25

iPad Application Splash Screen 1: Once a language is selected, this first splash screen notifies the consumer that their demo is about to begin. A countdown appears in the bottom left to advise the consumer on how much time they have left until the demo begins playing.

Simulated Demo: Depending on the product that is attached to each iPad, that specific demo video will begin to play.

Splash Screen 2: After the demo is complete, a second splash screen will notify the consumer that their demo is complete and that they have the ability to listen to some music.

Music Player: The music player allows consumers to select and listen to any song that in the list. There is no time limit on to how long a consumer can stay on this. However, if there is no song playing for a period of 30 seconds, a pop-up window will alert the user that the demo is about to end, but also giving them the option to continue their demo period. If the consumer does not choose to extend their time, the application diverts back to the attract loop.

26

iPad Application

Accessing the Admin Panel: In order to allow for the most flexibility, the developed application is equipped to demo multiple units (QC®15 and QC®20) as well as multiple languages (Australian English, UK English, and French). Accessing this Admin Panel is done by performing a few simple gestures while the “Simulated Demo“ is playing. While the demo video is playing, the admin panel can be accessed by a two step process. Step 1: While two fingers (preferably the thumb and index finger) touch the screen and slide the fingers towards each other. This pinching motion initiates the first action. Once you have done “Step 1“, lift your fingers up.

Step 2: The second step is to, again with the same two fingers, touch the screen and slide the fingers away from each other. If done correctly, these two steps combined should open up the Admin Panel.

27

iPad Application

Navigating Admin Panel: Navigating the Admin Panel is designed to be easy and straight forward. A tabbed system was designed to allow you to select only those steps that require changes and allow for easy changes in the last amount of time possible. The idea is to spend the least amount of time possible when setting up the device, but making it easy to make changes when necessary. Within the Admin Panel you can change the product, what language is viewed, how long the splash screens are active for, the music tracks that should be available, and more. Stats 1: Within the first slide, you get an overview of the analytics built into the application. Information like Total Demos, Songs Played, and Hours Used are critical for collecting data. This creates a running total and incorporates all the languages and products.

Stats 2: On the second page, a more comprehensive chart displays how many demos of each language has been played as well as a list of the top tracks that have been played.

Product Selection: Select which specific device is plugged into the iPad. This option can be changed at any time by accessing the Admin Panel.

28

iPad Application Language Selection: Based on which specific market you are in, the language selection allows the Brand ambassador to select the appropriate choice for that region. This option can be changed at any time by accessing the Admin Panel.

Music Selection: Based on which specific language has been chosen, there are songs specifically targeted towards that region. Some songs are used across all languages while others are only intended to be use in a specific region. Select or de-select the music tracks based on which language(s) you have selected. This option can be changed at any time by accessing the Admin Panel.

Timers: The timer section allows you to adjust the countdown on Splash Screen 1 as well as how much time of inactivity there is before the application restarts itself.

Save Selections: Once all of your selections have been made, save those changes. Once the selections are saved, the application will move into demo mode for consumer use.
