HOW TO MAKE YOUR OPEN DAY COUNT

Find your Way Around Connect with your Department

We know it can sometimes be a little disorientating trying to find your way around a new place, so please don’t hesitate to ask us if you need directions anywhere. Don’t forget to also use the City, Campus and Accommodation Maps handout provided to you at registration.

First things first, make sure you visit your academic department today. Department locations can be found from page four onwards, with the full list of departments based at Exton Park found on the back cover of this guide. So, if you’re not sure what department your subject is based in, check here first. Every department will have staff available to speak to throughout today, so make sure you ask lots of questions about what it is like to study at Chester. After all, that’s the main reason you are here.

Attend Subject Sessions

It’s so important that you choose the right course for you. So, make sure you don’t miss your subject session by planning your day around when this is happening. A full list of subject sessions can be found from page four onwards.

Visit the Information Fair

If you having a burning question for any of the following support services, our one-stop-shop for information and one-to-one advice will be available in the Seaborne Library (map reference ) throughout the day.
