We are seeking high-calibre students from Exeter for both our graduate Area Manager Programme and Industrial Placement scheme this year. Aldi has graduate vacancies across the South West of England for Area Managers who provide clear direction and leadership to a retail management team. We require many talented, ambitious graduates to become Area Managers, overseeing and directing store teams of up to 45 people, and candidates have the option of choosing a preferred location throughout the UK.
Our graduates are offered real responsibility and are trained in all aspects of retail management within their first year, before taking over a portfolio of three to five stores. We also offer international secondment opportunities and the realistic prospect of directorship within the business for Area Managers who succeed with us. For those students who are able to take a sandwich year as part of their degree, Aldi’s Industrial Placement scheme is structured to allow candidates to experience some of key elements of a career in retail.
