MODULE 1: LEADING FROM SELF

MODULE 2: LEADING OTHERS

Do you seek a leadership edge? Is it time to re-examine your leadership skills and approach? The world of leading others, including diverse teams and clients, has become increasingly complex. Clearly understanding your leadership contribution and style is essential. This experiential session will involve a deep level of leadership self-analysis, and will provide you with conceptual knowledge and practical leadership skills through self-discovery. As a result, you will be able to confidently articulate the leadership strengths you bring to your role. You will leave with the tools to develop a customized leadership plan.

It is important to your organization that you attract and retain the best talent possible. People have a choice about where and why they work – even in a tight economy, good people are highly valued. The “command and control” leadership style no longer works with today’s generations, and as a result a new coaching leadership style is required. This experiential session will provide a framework for you to examine current best practices around leading, coaching and engaging others, and will provide key insights about how to coach and develop others for success.
