Students race against the clock at this monthly event in pursuit to answer questions. Set in an online virtual space, students will have to collaborate and use their wits to solve this new twist on trivia night. RESISTANCE STRONG
SEPT 17-OCT 8 | THURSDAYS, 4:00PM-5:00PM Resistance Strong is a four-week progressive strength series that works the whole body and is designed to be done at home with fitness equipment mailed directly to you. This program will feature, isometric, eccentric training, and resistance loaded movements that can be modified to accommodate varying fitness levels. Weekly workouts taught by Tiger Trainer Eric will progress from the skills previously learned together. $25 includes pictured equipment mailed new to you! Register by September 14 Join Here
