‣
Have your LOA application approved and printed by Tita Connie at SE 101. Make sure to have this signed by the Dean and the College Secretary.

‣
Advise your class instructor that you have submitted an application for dropping. Your class instructor will need to submit their consent in order for your application to move on to the next stage. *Note: your class instructor may choose to withhold their consent, in which case your dropping application will be considered terminated.
‣
Once approved by the class instructor, proceed to SE 101 to have Tita Connie print your Form 26 (dropping slip), and have it signed by her as well.
