Challenges I had been modelling for 6 years but hardly won I lost local pageants, pageants in my town and won my first pageant in the city of Polokwane, I won't forget. Some challenges that I came across were financial, but the competition had to go on, I do welcome sponsors they can contact me on jamelamhlari8@gmail.com Another challenge was being a plus size model competing with skinny models, the media has put a certain perception of what beauty is, beauty in the past was being tall, skinny, big breasted now it has evolved to being curvy ,having a big bum and being light, that is why I have started an initiative of going around schools motivating teens to accept themselves UPCOMING MAG as 9 bleaching their skin can cause skin cancer, starving themselves can cause anorexia, and even worse than all this is suicide when one feel inadequate

Where her Talent comes from? Her parents have always been supportive of her art and that is rare, as many believe art should only be a hobby, I recall one of my classmates telling me her parents forced her to do an accounting qualification when she really wanted art. My parents used to transport me to the studio that I used to record at, I am blessed to have such parents, my father is also artistic himself, we appeared on daily Sun TV because of his art, they interviewed him and the entire family. He started with A4 pictures and now is going big with hardboard paintings, he also aspires to have an art gallery, mother writes Tsonga books, I guess I get in the family, my grandad played guitar and I have a cousin Vuyo manyike who played for Simphiwe Dana and joyous celebration he even went international with his guitar skill.

WITH SO MUCH TALENT IN HER FAMILY INGA HAD ONE CHOICE TO BE TALENTED HERSELF. UPCOMING MAG

It has not always been an easy ride, I recall losing more than ten times in pageantry, and only winning after six years, every time I went to a pageant I felt as though I am accompanying others to win, until one day I was at miss Modjadji and I made it to the top10, I could not believe, I had taken off my strappy shoes and they were hard to tie back, because I did not expect to win.
