Underfloor Heating ManifoldControl Pack Instructions Installation

The ManifoidControlPackprovidestemperaturecontrolled mixed water to an underfloorheatingsystem with a heat output up to 14kW.

Section I ' Introduction 1.1.

The ManifoldControlPackis a modularunit suitablefor the control of underfloorheatingsysternswith a heat output of up to 14kW. 1.2, Designedto work with manifoldsof all types on 210mm centres.

The ManifoldControlPackis a bolt on unit providinga quickand simplesystemto install.

Section 2 r Installation 2.1.

Beforebeginningthe installationof the ManifoldControlPack, identify all of the componentsin the pack. Section6 detailsthe pack contents.

2.2.

Removethe ball vatvefom the manioldand assembleto the ThermomixUFHValve,rememberingto inseft the fibre washer.

With the manifoldfitted to the wall, fit the ball valve and ThermomixUFHValveto the return on the manifold.

2.3.

Removethe ball vatveand fit the 1'MBSP* 22mm compressionfitting (with fibre washer)and elbow.Then refit to the supply side of the manifold 2.4 Now fit pump and 1.1/2'rubber washersand tighten pump union nuts.

Section 3 r Wiring 3.1.

A fused spur should be providedadjacentto the manifoldto provide powerto the pump and two port zone valve if fitted.

3.2 To complywith IEE regulations,the pump on the ManifoldControl Packmust be providedwith an earth.All wiringshouldbe undertaken by a qualifiedinstallerand rnust conformto IEE regulations.

Section 4 r Settings 4.1.

The mixing valve supplied as part of the ManifoldControl Pack has a temperature setting range as detailed below.

Min 400c 450C 500c 550C 600c Max The temperature control is factory set in the adjustable position a n d a t t h e m i n i m u m t e m p e r a t u r e( 3 5 " C )
