Market wrap In 2021, we saw exceptional growth in the Northern Beaches market, with Cromer being one of the standout suburbs. This was largely impacted by ‘out of area’ buyers and locals looking for a change in lifestyle. Locals looked to upsize from Dee Why apartments for a balanced lifestyle and out of area buyers were capitalising on additional space. We noted that Cromer attracted buyers from Balgowlah, Collaroy Plateau and the Eastern Suburbs. High demand within this area resulted in property prices increasing by a staggering 46.9%.
