The UP Board of Regents (BOR) is n o w inviting nonninations for the UP President w h o will s u c c e e d the i n c u m b e n t w h o s e term will e n d on 9 February 2017. At its 1319th BOR m e e t i n g on 28 July 2016, the Board constituted itself as the S e a r c h C o m m i t t e e for the next UP President. The S e c r e t a r y of the Board shall a c c e p t nominations from 18 August 2016 until 5:00 p.m. of 23 September 2016. E a c h nomination shall i n c l u d e (1) the n o m i n e e ' s curriculum vitoe, (2) his or her vision s t a t e m e n t , (3) a s t a t e m e n t of his or her willingness to serve, a n d (4) a brief justification ( m a x i m u m of two (2) p a g e s ) for the nomination. All nominations must be p l a c e d in a sealed envelope (two copies), addressed to the Secretary of the University and of the Board of Regents, a n d submitted to the Office of the Secretary of the University located at GF05, University Hotel, Guerrero St. corner Aglipay St., University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.
