Can you believe it’s already February?

This semester is flying by – and there’s so much delicious food to talk about before graduation!

First of all, I was thrilled to see the Gourmet

Grill return to the Gibson Quad on Thursday, February 6, 2014, with Stuffed Brie Burgers, Grilled Chicken Sandwiches, and Tomato and Avocado

on campus from the LBC Food Court. After I pick up my freshly baked Valentine’s Day Cake from the register at Bruff, my darling and I will dine on assorted sweets at the Valentine’s Day Dessert Buffet during lunch at Bruff Commons on Friday.

After all of those delectable sweets, we will be
