hat is Faith? According to Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is

the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Talk about stepping out on faith! The lives of the honorees at the Southern Black Theatre Festival this year is a testament to that kind of faith. Each of them started out with a dream and established careers in the arts that has even surpassed their own dreams. Each of them is considered experts in their fields. Each of them love what they do! My daughter had the privilege to take dance class under Luther Cox Jr. and I had the privilege to serve on the board of Inter City Row Cultural Arts Institute. Mr. Cox is truly legendary when it comes to the arts in this region, especially dance. He is dedicated and persistence in producing quality performances. As Founder, Artisitic Director, and Choreographer of Inter City Row Modern Dance Company, Mr. Cox is truly deserving of this honor.

He specializes in First-Time Homebuyer Orientations, fair housing, cultural diversity, real estate trends, foreclosure, etc. What is the difference between a real estate agent and a real estate broker?

Why should I use a real estate salesperson?

I’m selling my home "by owner," and a real estate agent who wants to show my home to a buyer said something about "agent protection." What does this mean?
