Introduction
Once a Royal Navy victualling yard, Royal William Yard is now an award-winning waterside destination in the heart of the South West. The collection of Grade I listed buildings have been re-imagined by Urban Splash as Plymouth’s best place to live, work, stay, play and relax.
Home to a bustling community, the Yard is a place where artists, homeowners, office workers, holidaymakers, small-business owners, students and day-trippers rub shoulders as waves lap the shores on three sides. Its renowned history and maritime setting have been married with modern architectural interventions, to play host to a new community for the 21st Century.

Work Life
We provide alternative spaces to work in from coffee shops and restaurants, to meeting rooms and office atriums. If weather allows why not pull up a deckchair on the lawn and catch up with colleagues.
11
We’re continually improving our buildings to ensure they meet the expectations of the market and our tenants. We re-invest and modernise, responding to our customers needs and market trends ensuring our space stays ahead of the game. We believe in creating break out space, communal meeting space, outdoor workspace, places to exercise and relax, places to collaborate and work with our neighbours.

Improved Wellbeing
Attraction & Retention
Fun endorphin-releasing perks like lunchtime fitness classes, stand up paddle boarding clubs and ping pong competitions to help to reduce stress and offer important play time. If that all sounds too active you can relax with a book in one of our secret gardens or take in the stunning waterfront views over the water and out to Cornwall, enjoy a coast path walk or make the most of one of our many restaurants and cafes.
At Urban Splash we truly believe in creating award-winning space which enhance people’s life. People spend more time at work than in their own homes and we are here to make that a great experience. Not only can the right office space keep staff for longer, modern features can help to attract new employees and improve productivity.
