With the Birka porcelain washbasin you can furnish any bathroom. The depth of 37 cm on each wing suits the small bathroom perfectly, and at the same time the deep bowl provides space for big arm movements. However, the Birka is not limited to small rooms. The Birka wash basin also makes a statement in any large room, and you get plenty of surround too not to mention large drawers with plenty of storage space. The large, commodious drawers are supplied with hidden adjustable self closing runners providing full access and silencers for self-closing.

The Poco washbasin is with its narrow depth and unconventional design particularly suited to be placed in smaller bathrooms, where space is at a premium. The basin is available in three versions, all with plenty of shelf space and a spacious bowl, placed either centrally, left or right. The choice of washbasin has a key bearing on the room’s final appearance. With its clean lines, the bold Square washbasin in cultured marble is both hypermodern and classic – whichever size. The widest Square washbasin has space for one or two taps, and all Square washbasins can be supplied without tap holes if you prefer a wall-mounted basin mixer. Luna allows you to furnish an entire room and not just solve a storage problem around a single washbasin. Luna enables you to select just the right mirror solution for your bathroom. All mirror cabinets can at a surcharge be supplied with 2 elegant spotlights in the cabinet base illuminating the basin itself. Beautiful and very efffective!

Surfaces and Handles

The choice of surfaces has a key bearing on the bathroom’s final appearance. You can choose to cultivate a particular look by using the same material for the cabinets and fronts. Or you can choose to play with contrasts. The pictures on the following page clearly show how the same set-up can be changed completely depending on the combinations. All surfaces are made for the bathroom so they are hard-wearing and easy to clean. Luna is lasting quality in every way, and we therefore offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Porcelain washbasins: Luna porcelain washbasins are manufactured from genuine sanitary porcelain, a strong, glazed ceramic material. When fired at approx. 1220°C, the glaze melts to form a hard, smooth and glossy surface which is easy to clean.
Mirrors: Mirrors with 230 V halogen lights. Incl. wall furnishings. Please see options from page 72.
Cultured marble washbasins: The marble washbasins are made from mineral powder, polyester and binding agents. The washbasins are cast in solid moulds and surface-treated with clear gelcoat or the silky soft TopSolid coating, a mix of polyester and aluminium trihydrate 0,5 to 1,0 mm thick providing a beautiful matt finish. For cleaning, we recommend Dansani Clean & Shine. Square washbasins have no overflow hole. For this reason we recommend that you use a free-flow basin waste. However should you want to use a basin mixer with pop-up waste, please use the enclosed spacer fitting.
Mirror cabinets: All mirror cabinets are supplied with shaver point and pull cord. Please see options from page 70. At a surcharge 2 halogen lights can be fitted in the base of the mirror cabinets dispersing light onto the basin itself.
Cupboard carcass: 16 mm plain white high-gloss/black high-gloss/walnut/nougat/coffee melamine coated particle board with ABS-borders. The cupboards are supplied fully assembled with back panels in all units and rails for wall mounting. 5 mm glass shelves with polished edges are delivered as standard in all cupboards except washbasin units.
Doors and fronts: 18 mm MDF coated with foil. All doors are mounted with clip-hinges of metal, which are adjustable in 3 directions. The doors are supplied with soft closers that make the doors close soft and soundless.
Magnifying mirror: The Luna mirror cabinets, with their soft-closing doors, feature a magnifying mirror on the inside.
Wickerwork baskets: Natural wickerwork around powder painted steel rack.
Handles: We supply the box chrome handle with all cabinets as standard. This is included ín the prices shown.
Fitting instructions: are included with every delivery. Drawers: the soft closing drawers have metal sides and rails. When open the drawers are fully accessible and close softly and gently due to the exclusive dampeners. The drawers are fully adjustable.
Warranty: There is a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects. The tiles and taps featured in this brochure are supplied by Evers, Hansgrohe and Vola.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION Before you order: The Luna range is produced to order. Therefore we have a lead time of 3 weeks. – Always indicate carcass colour. – Always indicate colour of fronts. – Always indicate colour of washbasin or work top. – Remember accessories e.g. towel rails and wickerwork baskets. Before you fit the furniture: Please read the fitting instructions carefully before commencing to fit the furniture. All plumbing work should be done by a competent plumber. Please note that the dimensions of both the cultured marble and the porcelain washbasins are subject to variation within the margins indicated.

Maintenance: Please always read the folder (enclosed with the furniture on delivery) which contains advice and instructions on the maintenance of your furniture. Always read the instructions and declaration of contents of any cleaning agents before you use them on your new furniture. Cleaning materials containing abrasives and strong acids should not be used. Please make sure that wash basin and furniture are dry after use. This will make the cleaning easier and avoids your furniture being damaged by moisture.
