He California chapter of the Council on AmericanIslamic Relations (CAIR-California) today published the “CAIR-California 2015 Civil Rights Report,” which shows that reports of anti-Muslim bias incidents almost doubled between 2013 and 2014. The report summarizes and analyzes all civil rights complaints received in 2014 by CAIR-California›s offices in the Greater Los Angeles Area. A total of 1,136 incidents were reported to CAIRCalifornia over the course of 2014 and included complaints involving: employment discrimination, federal law enforcement questioning, excessive and intrusive travel delays, hate crimes, school bullying, and other discrimination issues. “This report gives a snapshot of CAIR-California›s civil rights work tackling anti-Muslim discrimination in 2014,» said CAIR›s Northern California Civil Rights Coordinator Brice Hamack. «We hope it informs community members and allows them to better recognize discrimination if they or somebody they know is targeted. We also hope it assists community leaders and public servants across California to adequately respond to the pressing needs of their American Muslim constituents.”

Details emerge about Tennessee shooter’s life” Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez”, but motive remains elusive Almashreq editorial staff/ news analyst finder: Bits and pieces have emerged over the past few days about Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez’s troubled life. Why did he ambush two military sites, killing four Marines and a sailor? And was he propelled to do so by his own demons or at the direction of someone else? Until last Thursday’s shooting, the Kuwait-born 24-year-old was not on the radar of terrorism investigators. However, unlike situations where a suspect is known to authorities, investigators did not have a head start. As a result, a portrait of his background, contacts, computer use and travels must be assembled from the ground up and pieced together. Abdulazeez blended into everyday life in Chattanooga as a clean-cut high school wrestler who graduated from college with an engineering degree and regularly attended a local mosque. But he also had a more turbulent side, as evidenced by his arrest for drunken driving after returning from a visit to Jordan. He was set to face a judge later this month. Abdulazeez was killed in a shootout with police at a Marine-Navy facility where the slain servicemen were killed. Authorities said Abdulazeez was driving a rented silver Mustang convertible, wore a vest with extra ammunition and wielded at least two long guns - either rifles or shotguns - and a handgun. About seven miles (11 kilometers) away, in a small strip shopping center, hundreds of people - many carrying American flags and some with Confederate battle flags - gathered outside the military recruiting office where the rampage began. The shooting prompted governors in at least a half-dozen states to authorize National Guardsmen to carry arms to protect recruiting offices and installations. The U.S. military also has outlined security upgrades for recruiting stations, reserve centers and other facilities, according to Capt. Scott Miller, a spokesman for the U.S. Northern Command, which covers military bases in North America. Adm. William Gortney directed additional “force protection measures” in orders sent Sunday night, Miller said. He would not go into further detail in order to “protect operational security.” Friends and family said Abdulazeez’s behavior in the days and months leading up to the shooting was typical. He told two longtime friends he was excited about his new job at a company that designs and makes wire and cable products. “Everything seemed fine. He was normal. He was telling me work was going great,” said one of the friends, Ahmed Saleen Islam, 26, who knew Abdulazeez through the Islamic Society of Greater Chattanooga and saw him at the mosque two or three nights before the attacks.
Neighbors recalled stories about a man who played with the neighborhood kids growing up. He owned guns and would shoot squirrels and practice on targets behind his house. Bilal Sheikh, 25, said he saw his friend at the mosque two weekends ago, as they came to pray and as part of the services to celebrate Ramadan. “I’m in total shock, like everyone else,” Sheikh said. “He was always the most cheerful guy. If you were having a bad day, he would brighten your day.” But a person close to the family, speaking on condition of anonymity, described a darker side of Abdulazeez. He was first treated by a child psychiatrist for depression when he was 12 or 13 years old and several years ago, relatives tried to have him admitted to an in-patient program for drug and alcohol abuse but a health insurer refused to approve the expense. Abdulazeez had spent several months in Jordan last year under a mutual agreement with his parents to help him get away from drugs, alcohol and a group of friends who relatives considered a bad influence, the person said. FBI spokesman Jason Pack declined to comment late Monday on the information the person provided. Court records point to a volatile family life. His mother filed for divorce in 2009 and accused her husband of sexually assaulting her and abusing their children. She later agreed to reconcile. A year after graduating from college, Abdulazeez lost a job at a nuclear power plant in Ohio in May 2013 because of what a federal official described as a failed drug test. Recently, Abdulazeez had begun working the night shift at a manufacturing plant and was taking medication to help with problems sleeping in the daytime, the person said. Abdulazeez was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence April 20. He told a Chattanooga officer he was with friends who had been smoking marijuana. The report said Abdulazeez, who had white powder on his nose when he was stopped, told the officer he also had sniffed powdered caffeine. The arrest was “important” because Abdulazeez was deeply embarrassed and seemed to sink further into depression following the episode, the person said. Some close relatives learned of the charge only days before the shooting. The family believes his personal struggles could be at the heart of last week’s killings, the person close to them said.
TSA to overhaul airport screening after lapses Almashreq editorial staff/ news analyst finder: The Transportation Security Administration plans to retrain thousands of airport screeners to detect weapons better, scale back a pre-clearance program and more closely monitor security badges, The New York Times reported on Wednesday. Peter V. Neffenger, the agency’s new administrator, told the newspaper that those measures would be part of wider reforms to address recent security lapses. In June, Department of Homeland Security’s inspector general found that airport screeners, who are TSA employees, did not detect banned weapons in 67 of 70 tests at dozens of airports, ABC News reported. After the report, Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson reassigned acting TSA administrator Melvin Carraway and said there would be more random covert testing at checkpoints. “Efficiency and getting people through airport security lines cannot be our sole reason that makes you take your eyes off the reason for the mission,” Neffenger told the Times. The TSA has often been torn between demands for thorough security checks and appeasing hurried flyers. Jason Harrington, who left the TSA in 2012, spoke to the New York Times about receiving contradicting orders. “One day it was, ‘We want to thoroughly check everybody, even if the line is backed up to the ticket

Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev rose to his feet and apologized to the victims and their loved ones for the first time Wednesday just before a judge formally sentenced him to death. “I am sorry for the lives that I’ve taken, for the suffering that I’ve caused you, for the damage that I’ve done irreparable damage,” the 21-year-old college student said in his Russian accent, breaking more than two years of public silence. To the victims, he said: “I pray for your relief, for your healing.” After Tsarnaev said his piece, U.S. District Judge George O’Toole Jr. quoted Shakespeare’s line “The evil that men do lives after them. The good is often interred with their bones.” “So it will be for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev,” the judge said, telling Tsarnaev that no one will remember that his teachers were fond of him, that his friends found him fun to be with or that he showed compassion to disabled people. “What will be remembered is that you murdered and maimed innocent people, and that you did it willfully and intentionally. You did it on purpose,” O’Toole said. “I sentence you to the penalty of death by execution,” he said. Tsarnaev looked down and rubbed his hands together as the judge pronounced his fate.
The apology came after Tsarnaev listened impassively for about three hours as a procession of victims and their loved ones lashed out at him for his “cowardly” and “disgusting” acts. “He can’t possibly have had a soul to do such a horrible thing,” said Karen Rand McWatters, who lost a leg in the attack and whose best friend, 29-year-old Krystle Campbell, was killed. The outcome of the proceedings was never in doubt: The judge was required under law to impose the jury’s death sentence for the April 15, 2013, attack that killed three people and wounded more than 260. The only real suspense was whether Tsarnaev would say anything when given a chance to speak near the end of the proceedings.
Until Wednesday, he had said almost nothing publicly since his arrest more than two years ago, offering neither remorse nor explanation. During his trial, he showed a trace of emotion only once, when he cried while his Russian aunt was on the stand. And the only evidence of any remorse came from Sister Helen Prejean, a prominent death penalty opponent, who quoted him as saying of the victims: “No one deserves to suffer like they did.” In condemning him to death, the jury cited his lack of remorse as one of many factors. His apology was a five-minute address peppered with religious references and praise of Allah. He paused several times, looking as if he was trying to maintain his composure.

These are traditionally perks given to passengers who have been cleared through PreCheck screening, a category of people who the TSA has vetted and deemed low-risk. Managed Inclusion, however, allows expedited screening for passengers with long wait times who have not gone through the same security clearance that PreCheck passengers have. Neffenger, according to the Times, said that the agency would cut back on the use of Managed Inclusion, and that he would make a push to get more passengers into the PreCheck program.

More than 300,000 seek asylum in Germany this year so far

more than 300,000 asylum seekers since the start of the year, said the daily Die Welt on Saturday, as Berlin prepares for a record influx of refugees in 2015. According to the conservative newspaper, which cited details of a telephone conference between the interior ministers of German states, “302,415 asylum seekers have already been registered” this year. This figure is higher than the one given by the Federal Office for Migrants and Refugees (BAMF) which recorded 258,000 current requests. According to Die Welt, this is because the state figures have not yet been picked up at federal level and have therefore not been considered by the BAMF. Germany’s states, which are redistributing asylum seekers on the basis of their capacity to do so, have repeatedly sounded alarms and called for greater federal aid to cope with the influx. The refugees’ office had initially been expecting 450,000 asylum seekers in 2015 but had to revise this

forecast upwards to an unprecedented 500,000 people. In 2014, Germany received more than 202,000 asylum requests, or 60 percent more than in 2013. And according to Der Tagesspiegel newspaper, unofficial “internal numbers” at the BAMF suggest as many as 600,000 asylum applicants in 2015. On Friday, BAMF President Manfred Schmidt reported a “record” monthly influx in July, with 79,000 asylum seekers, mostly from Syria, Iraq and Afghanistan. Because of its good economic health, Germany has become the leading destination in Europe for migrants, especially for those fleeing poverty, war and persecution. A huge influx is not without problems in some areas, especially in villages and small towns in eastern Germany where few foreigners live. Overall since the start of the year, violent incidents against homes or future homes of refugees have increased sharply: 202 between January and June, as many as there were in all of 2014, according to official figures.

‘This is not Islam’: Refugees describe life under ISIL in Raqqa, Syria Almashreq editorial staff/ news analyst finder: GAZIANTEP, Turkey — In the Syrian capital of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant’s self-declared caliphate, Raqqa, the group’s extreme interpretation of Sharia law is enforced through extraordinary punishments, including death. The list of potential violations is long and reminders of the consequences of crossing the groups are on constant display, with executed and beheaded men displayed in public squares and roundabouts, their crimes often detailed in notices pinned to their corpses. And even so, some say the chaos and destruction that characterizes most of Syria after four years of war is such that the comparative calm in Raqqa resulting from ISIL’s strict governance actually offers a respite. Those who recently fled from Raqqa to Turkey describe a new form of governance taking root as ISIL, also known as ISIS or Daesh, continues its effort to entrench itself into the social fabric of the capital. Despite daily bombardment from U.S.-led coalition airstrikes on the city, ISIL has managed to expand its reach both geographically and socially, taking control of even the minute details of everyday life. The group has restored electricity supply, painted road signs, imposed taxes, implemented a new education system and operates a highly functional — albeit punitive and brutal — judicial system. The organization now controls about onethird of the country, and rules over millions of people across Syria and Iraq. The group has commandeered oil refineries and gas fields in the desert terrain, helping to finance its operations. ISIL police battalions made up of mostly foreign fighters patrol the streets in 4x4’s and
on foot, also setting up checkpoints across the city to inspect identification documents and report any violations to the strict code. Residents must provide tax receipts, proving they have paid the mandatory portion of their agricultural or retail dividends to the state, in order to cross. Billboards, road signs and administrative buildings have been painted with the black flag of the Islamic State. ISIL has issued new drivers licenses, with the black ISIL logo on the back, and conducts driving tests. Armed traffic police issue fines and penalties for traffic violations. Dress code is strict. Police inspect the length of men’s beards, with violent penalties including public lashings, or imprisonment enforced for those that are too closely shaved. “They will stop you in the street and tell you your beard is too short. Warnings of a new Palestinian rebellion have accompanied every breakdown in the diplomatic process, each new expansion of the illegal settlement project, and each new Israeli outrage against Palestinian life and limb. The 1987 and 2000 Intifadas are often remembered, today, as if they were triggered by single incidents: In December 1987, an Israeli military jeep rammed a Palestinian car at the entrance to Gaza, killing four of its occupants and sparking mass demonstrations in Gaza’s Jabaliyya refugee camp, that then quickly spread to every town, village and refugee camp throughout the occupied territories. The 2000 Al-Aqsa Intifada began with the protests triggered
by Ariel Sharon’s provocative incursion into the Muslim holy sites in Jerusalem, against the backdrop of diplomatic failure at Camp David. But behind those “trigger” events lay dynamics that had unfolded over years. Before the 1987 uprising, the component organizations of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and other Palestinian movements had conducted intensive grassroots political work, establishing an organizational infrastructure that was able to sustain a rebellion despite Israel’s ferocious efforts to pacify the Occupied Territories. The 2000 Intifada saw spontaneous demonstrations and initially random armed attacks quickly channeled into a more organized campaign by the leadership of Yasser Arafat in the hope of using it as diplomatic leverage in his dealings with Israel and the United States. Fatah’s newly-formed Al-Aqsa Martyr’s Brigades drew upon the movement’s organizational infrastructure and Palestinian Authority (PA) security forces to transform protest actions into an armed insurgency. The Palestinian leadership situation today could not be more different than it had been in 1987 and 2000. The profound schism within the Palestinian national movement has become a major obstacle in the way of any challenge to Israel, with some analysts concluding that neither the PA leadership in
Ramallah nor the Hamas leadership in Gaza will tolerate an uprising against Israel for fear it could be used by their Palestinian rivals to undermine their own control. Palestinian society has also been fractured to a degree that militates against mass collective action. Today, the PLO exists in name only, while Fatah – traditionally its spinal cord – has been decimated over the past decade, less as a result of pressure from Israel or Hamas than from internal disintegration as a result of running a Palestinian Authority that, in the eyes of ordinary Palestinians, functions to secure the status quo of Israeli occupation rather than to end it. Nor is Hamas any more capable of claiming the mantle of national leadership given divisions over its rule in Gaza. Hamas has in practice committed to conducting only operations it deems defensive except in the most extreme of circumstances, while the PA in Ramallah has deployed its arms against its own people to suppress any serious challenge to Israel’s occupation. The two premier national organizations of the Palestinians are, each for their own reasons, essentially averse to mobilizing their people against Israel’s occupation. Despite the fact that many Palestinians believe their society is enduring its worst period since the mass displacement by Israel in 1948, political factors make a renewed rebellion unlikely — at least, for as long as it takes to transform Palestinian politics.

New release “Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation” cruised to the head of the box office, beating out fellow debut “Vacation” for top honors, according to industry estimates Sunday. Preparation :
1 - Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place pita pieces into the skillet without crowding. Fry in batches until golden brown and blot dry with paper towels. 2 - Combine cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, mint, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, kosher salt, ground black pepper, and sumac in a bowl. Gently toss salad with fried pita pieces. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Cooking Method : 1 - Whisk together the lemon juice, vegetable oil, plain yogurt, garlic, tomato paste, salt, oregano, pepper, allspice, cinnamon, and cardamom in a large bowl; add the chicken and toss to coat. Transfer the chicken mixture into a large plastic bag; refrigerate at least 4 hours. 2 - Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil grate. Thread the chicken, onions, and pepper onto metal skewers. Cook on preheated grill until the chicken is golden and no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes each side. Sprinkle the parsley over the skewers.

یک هواپیامی شخصی سعودی از نوع امربایر فینوم 300در نزدیکی منطقه فارنبوروی همپشایر واقع در شامل رشقی بریتانیا سقوط کرد و بنا بر گزارش سخنگوی رسمی فرودگاه بالک بوش هر چهار رسنشین این جت شخصی کشته شدند. بر اساس این گزارش هواپیامی یادشده در ساعت 3:09به وقت محلی هنگامی که میخواست در باند فرودگاه فرود آید با یک خودرو برخورد کرده و دچار انفجار شد که در نتیجه آن به کلی منهدم شد. به گزارش روزنامه بریتانیایی دیلی میل این هواپیام متعلق به خانواده بن الدن بود و بر اساس اطالعات رسانهای قربانیان سانحه مادر سعد بن الدن ،سناء بن الدن ،دکرت زهیر هاشم همرس سناء و خلبان هواپیام رسنشینان

خطرناکرتین نوع این بیامری ،هپاتیت Cمی باشد که عمدتا از طریق متاس با خون آلوده، استفاده از رسنگ و تیغ و سوزن آلوده، همخوابگی با رشیک جنسی آلوده و استفاده از لوازم شخصی افراد مبتال منتقل می شود. به منظور پیشگیری از این بیامری سازمان بهداشت جهانی واکسنه کردن همه نوزادان علیه این ویروس به ویژه نوع Bرا توصیه می کند تا در رسارس عمر خود از این بیامری مصون مبانند. این سازمان همچنین از اشخاص بالغی که احتامل انتقال ویروس به آنها می رود خواسته است خود را واکسنه کنند. هر ساله حدود 4-3میلیون نفر در جهان به هپاتیت Cمبتال میشوند که 2میلیون نفر از آنها به دلیل استفاده از رسنگهای آلوده دچار این بیامری میشوند. الزم به یاد آوری است که تا کنون واکسنی برای مبارزه با هپاتیت Cیافت نشده است اما بدن بیامران به خوبی به داروهای موجود پاسخ می دهد.

ایران شاهد افزایش چشمگیر شامر ازدواج دخرتان زیر سن 10است ،بطوریکه این آمار در طی یکسال گذشته دوبرابر شده است. افزایش میزان طالق در ایران ،مدافعان حقوق کودک را بر آن داشته تا نسبت به افزایش بیامریهای روانی ،خودکشی ،فرار نوجوانان و کشانده شدن دخرتان به روسپیگری هشدار دهند. گرچه هردو جنس از این روند آسیب می بینند، اما آسیب دخرتان بیشرت است ،زیرا دیده شده که خانواده ها برای پرداخت بدهی های خود با ازدواج دخرتان خردسالشان موافقت می کنند. سازمان غیردولتی حامیت از حقوق کودکان در
ایران می گوید در سال ،2009شامر ازدواج دخرتان زیر 15سال بالغ بر 43459نفر بوده، در حالیکه سال پیش از آن این رقم 33383نفر بوده است. در سال 716 ،2010دخرت زیر 10سال ازدواج کرده اند ،در حالیکه سال قبل از آن این رقم 449نفر بوده است. سخنگوی سازمان حامیت از حقوق کودک در ایران به خربگزاری مهر می گوید« :خانواده ها بخاطر فقر مالی با ازدواج کودکان خود موافقت می کنند .اما فقر فرهنگی و آموزشی نیز در این امر موثر است». این سخنگو می گوید« :میزان طالق در ازدواج
نوجوانان نیز بیشرت است ،بطوریکه در بین سالهای 2007تا 2010میالدی 15000 ،دخرت سن 15تا 19سال از شوهرانشان طالق گرفته اند». قوانین جمهوری اسالمی ایران ازدواج دخرتان کم سن و سال را مجاز می داند .اگرچه بر اساس قانون ازدواج دخرتان زیر 13و پرسان زیر 15 فقط با اجازه والدین و حکم دادگاه میرس است، اما این قانون در بسیاری از مناطق ایران به راحتی زیر پا گذاشته می شود. به گفته محمد اسفنانی ،رئیس کمیسیون حقوقی و قضایی مجلس ایران« :دخرت 9ساله از نظر مذهبی و قانونی می تواند ازدواج کند».

حاکم دبئی مہامنوں کے لیے خود کھانا تیار کرتے ہوئے حکمرانوں کے ہمہ نوع کھانے بنانے کے لیے عموما پیشہ ور باورچیوں کی خدمات حاصل کی جاتی ہیں جو دن رات ان کے لیے مرغوب کھانے بنانے میں مرصوف رہتے ہیں۔ مگر متحدہ عرب امارات کے نائب صدر اور حاکم دبئی الشیخ محمد بن راشد آل مکتوم کی عاجزی اور انکساری مالحظہ کیجیے کہ ایک سیاحتی دورے کے موقع پر وہ اپنے چینی مہامنوں کے لیے اپنے ہاتھوں سے کھانا تیار کررہے ہیں۔ العربیہ ڈاٹ نیٹ کے مطابق فطرت پسند الشیخ آل مکتوم حال ہی میں ایک جنگلی عالقے کی سیر کے لیے گئے جہاں ان کے ہمراہ ان کی بیٹی اور چین کا ایک وفد بھی تھا۔ اس وفد کے لیے انھوں نے کھانا خود اپنے ہاتھوں سے تیار کیا۔ بعد ازاں سامجی رابطے کی ویب سائیٹ «فیس بک» پرپوسٹ کی گئی ایک تصویرمیں بھی انہیں کھانا بناتے دکھایا گیا ہے۔ اپنے ٹیوٹراکائونٹ پرانہوں نے لکھا کہ

تحریف سے پاک قرآن ،مسترشقین کے منہ پر طامنچہ!
قدیم قرآنی نسخے نے کتاب اللہ بارے شکوک کی چادر اُتار دی دو روز قبل برطانیہ کی برمنگھم یونیورسٹی کے ایک کتب خانے سے دریافت ہونے والے ممکنہ طور پر قدیم ترین قرآنی نسخے نے کتاب اللہ کے بارے میں مسترشقین کی پھیالئی افواہوں اور اس میں تحریف کے من گھڑت دعوئوں کو جھوٹا ثابت کرتے ہوئے قرآن مجید کے ہرقسم کی تحریف سے پاک ہونے پر مہر تصدیق ثبت کر دی ہے۔ العربیہ ڈاٹ نیٹ کے مطابق برمنگھم یونیورسٹی کے زیر اہتامم قدیم ترین قرآن نسخے کے کاربن ریڈیو ٹیسٹ نے یہ ثابت کیا ہے کہ قرآن پاک کا یہ نسخہ پیغمرب اسالم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے دنیا سے پردہ فرما نے کے کوئی 13سال بعد مرتب کیا گیا تھا۔ گویا قرآن کے اس نسخے کو لکھنے والے صحابی رسول ہیں جو نبی کے زمانے میں حیات تھے اور یہ قرآن خلیفہ دوم حرضت عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ عنہ کے دور خالفت میں تحریر کیا گیا تھا۔ قرآن کریم کا یہ نسخہ بھیڑ یا بکری کی جلد پر تحریر کیا گیا۔ کاربن ریڈیو ٹیسٹ سے 95.4فی صد یہ بات ثابت ہوتی ہے کہ بھیڑ یا بکری کی کھال 568ء سے 645ء کے درمیان اتاری گئی تھی۔ سیرت نبوی کی کتب میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی والدت 23اپریل 571ء بتائی جاتی ہے اور بعث نبوی کا آغاز سنہ 610اور وفات رسول 632ء میں مدینہ منورہ میں ہوتی ہے۔ ٹیسٹ سے معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ جس جانور کی کھال پر قرآن پاک کا یہ نسخہ لکھا گیا وہ بھی نبی اکرم کے دور میں موجود تھا۔ برمنگھم یونیورسٹی میں قدیم اسالمی اور مسیحی مخطوطات کے ماہر پروفیرس ڈیود تھامس کہتے ہیں کہ یہ قرآن پاک کا یہ نسخہ ہمیں نبی اکرم آخر الزمان صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے دور کے بہت قریب لے جاتا ہے۔ حجازی رسم الخط میں لکھے اس قدیم قرآنی نسخے نے قرآن پاک کے بارے میں بہت سے شکوک وشبہات کو ختم کر دیا ہے اور یہ ثابت کر دیا ہے کہ قرآن پاک جیسا کہ نبی کے دور میں تھا ایسا ہی چودہ سو سال بعد آج بھی امت کے پاس اپنی اصل حالت میں موجود ہے اور اس میں کسی قسم کی تحریف نہیں کی گئی ہے۔ پروفیرس تھامس کہتے ہین قرآن نسخے کا کاتب www.almashreqonline.com
کوئی صحابی رسول ہے جس نے آخری نبی کی صحبت اختیار کی یا کم سے کم وہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو ذاتی طورپر جانتا بھی تھا۔ اگر یہ

قسم کی اغالط اور تحریفات سے پاک کتاب ہے۔ جامع صنعاء کا قدیم نسخہ برمنگھم یونیورسٹی کی الئربیری سے ملنے واال قرآن پاک قدیم نسخہ کتاب اللہ کا پہال پرانا نسخہ نہیں بلکہ خلیفہ سوم حرضت عثامن بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ کے دور میں تیار ہونے والے قرآنی نسخوں کی کچھ نقول آج بھی مختلف مقامات پرموجود ہیں۔ ا ُنہی میں 15ہزار لفافوں کی شکل میں ایک نسخہ یمن کی جامع صنعاء کی ایک الئربیری میں ہے جسے «قرآن صنعاء» کے نام سے یاد کیا جاتا ہے۔ یہ نسخہ سنہ 1972ء کو دریافت کیا گیا۔ یہ بھی حجازی رسم الخط میں تحریر کردہ ہے۔ اس نسخے پر جرمن ماہرین نے پروفیرس گیرڈ بوین کی قیادت میں تحقیقات کیں اور اسے قدیم ترین قرآنی نسخہ قرار دیا گیا تھا تاہم برمنگھم یونیورسٹی سے دستیاب ہونے والے قرآنی نسخے نے یمن کے نسخے کے قدیم ترین ہونے کا اعزاز چھین لیا ہے کیونکہ برمنگھم واال نسخہ حرضت عمر رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ کے دور میں لکھا گیا جب کہ صنعاء واال نسخہ ان کے بعد حرضت عثام بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ یا خلیفہ ولید بن عبدامللک کے دور میں لکھا گیا تھا۔ پروفیرس بوین نے صنعاء کے قدیم قرآنی مخطوطات پر چار سال تحقیقات کیں اور بتایا یہ نسخہ زیادہ سے زیادہ رحلت نبوی کے 90سال بعد لکھا گیا ہے۔ اگر وفات رسول کے نوے سال بعد کا عرصہ مقرر کیا جائے تو یہ اموی خلیفہ ولید بن عبدامللک کا دور بنتا ہے۔ اگرچہ صنعاء کا نسخہ ایک مکمل کتابی شکل میں نہیں تاہم اس کی 3500تصاویر حاصل کرکے اسے نئے انداز میں محفوظ کیا گیا ہے۔ سیرت ابن ھشام کے مطابق کاتبین وحی کی تعداد 43تھی۔ یہ صحابہ قرآن کی نازل ہونے والی آیات کو لکھ لیا کرتے تھے۔ کاتبین وحی میں عمر بن خطاب ،عثامن بن عفان ،علی بن ابو طالب ،زید بن ثابت ،حارث بن ہشام ،خنظلہ بن الربیع ،عبداللہ بن سعد بن ابو رسح اور انصاری صحابی ابی بن کعب جیسے جلیل القدر صحابہ کرام کے نام شامل ہیں۔
مشہور پھولوں کی درآمد پر پابندی کا امکان
روس کے محکمہ صحت نے خربدار کیا ہے کہ ہالینڈ سے درآمد کیے جانے والے پھول صحت کے اعتبار سے خطرناک ہیں اور اسی خطرے کے پیش نظر ہالینڈ سے پھولوں کی درآمد روکنے کا فیصلہ کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ روسی خرب رساں ایجنسی» روسلخوز نادرزور» نے اپنی ایک رپورٹ میں ماسکو حکومت پر الزام عاید کیا ہے کہ وہ محض سیاسی مفادات کی خاطر شہریوں کی صحت عامہ کو خطرے میں ڈال رہی ہے۔ رپورٹ میں کہا گیا تھا کہ ہالینڈ سے روس الئے جانے والے پھول مقامی شہریوں کی صحت پر منفی اثرات مرتب کر رہے ہیں لیکن حکومت رصف سیاسی مفادات کے لیے خاموش ہے۔ رپورٹ میں خربدار کیا گیا تھا کہ ہالینڈ سے الئے جانے والے پھول اور کچھ دیگر مصنوعات روسی زراعت اور معیشت کے لیے بھی نقصان دہ ثابت ہو رہی ہیں۔ اگران کی روک تھام نہ کی گئی تو اس کے سنگین نتائج برآمد ہوں گے۔ ہالینڈ کے پھولوں کے مرضصحت ہونے کے
حوالے یہ بات چیت رصف میڈیا تک محدود نہیں بلکہ روسی ہیتلھ ایجنسی کے چیرئمین سیرگی ڈںکفرٹ اور کوملبیا کے سفیر خائیمی جیرون ڈوارٹی کے درمیان ہوئی مالقات میں بھی یہ مسئلہ اٹھایا گیا تھا۔ اس موقع پر کوملبیا کے سفیر کا کہنا تھا کہ اگر روس یورپی مصنوعات اور پھولوں کی درآمد پر پابندی عاید کرتا ہے تو اس کے کوملبیا کی معیشت پر بھی منفی اثرات مرتب ہوں گے۔ نیوز ویب پورٹل «گازیٹا ڈاٹ رو» نے روسی کسٹم حکام کے حوالے سے بتایا ہے کہ پھولوں کی درآمد پرپابندی لگانے سے ہالینڈ کو کئی ملین ڈالر کے نقصان کا سامنا کرنا پڑ سکتا ہے۔ یاد رہے کہ روس اور یورپی یونین کے درمیان یوکرائن کے تنازع پر بھی اختالفات ہیں۔ یورپی یونین نے یوکرائن میں ماسکو کی مداخلت پر بہ طوراحتجاج روس پر اقتصادی پابندیاں عاید کر رکھی ہیں۔ ان پابندیوں کے جواب میں روس نے یورپی ماملک کی مصنوعات کی اپنے درآمد پر پابندی لگا دی تھی۔
امریکی مسلامن عیسائی کلیسا کے پاسبان بن گئے! چرچ کی تعمیر ومرمت کے لئے امریکی مسلامنوں کی فنڈ ریزینگ
دنیا بھر میں ماہ صیام آمد کی ساتھ ہی دینی مدارس اور مساجد کے لیے مسلامنوں میں چندے جمع کرنے کا سلسلہ زور پکڑ جاتا ہے مگر امریکا میں رواں ماہ صیام کے دوران امریکی مسلامنوں نے مساجد اور امام بارگاہوں کے لیے نہیں بلکہ عیسائی عبادت گا ہوں اور کلیساوں کے لیے فنڈ ریزنگ مہم رشوع کر رکھی ہے۔ العربیہ ڈاٹ نیٹ کے مطابق سیاہ فام امریکی صدر کے دیس میں پچھلے کچھ عرصے سے سیاہ فام عیسائیوں کے چرچوں پر حملے کیے گئے تھے۔ ان حملوں کے عالوہ بعض چرچ قدرتی آفات کے نتیجے میں متاثر ہوئے۔ ان کی تعمیرو مرمت کے لیے عیسائی آبادی کے ساتھ وہاں کے مسلامنوں نے بھی حصہ بہ قدر جثہ شمولیت کی ہے۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق پچھلے چند ہفتوں کے دوران امریکا میں سیاہ فاموں کے چھ چرچ متاثر ہوئے۔ ان میں ایک چرچ پر 17جون کو ایک شدت پسند نے حملہ کیا جس کے نتیجے میں چرچ میں موجود نو سیاہ فام عبادت گذار ہالک ہو گئے تھے۔ پولیس نے حملہ آور کو حراست میں لے لیا تھا۔ یہ چرچ ریاست کیرولینا کے «چارلسٹن» شہر میں واقع ہے اور اسے «افریقی میتھوڈیک بشپس چرچ» کا نام دیا جاتا ہے۔ ماہ صیام کے آغاز میں ریاست کیرولینا کی ایک مسلامن خاتون فاطمہ امہ اللہ نایت نے Launch Goodکے نام سے چرچوں کی تعمیرو مرمت کے لیے ایک فنڈ ریزنگ مہم رشوع کی۔ 23سالہ فاطمہ خود اسی ریاست کی ایک یونیورسٹی میں علم الھوت کی طالبہ ہیں۔ پہلے مرحلے میں انہوں نے 10ہزار ڈالر کا ہدف مقرر کیا تھا۔ وہ پورا ہونے کے بعد 50ہزار ڈالر کا ہدف رکھا گیا ہے۔ کل جمعرات تک اس میں 30ہزار ڈالر جمع ہوچکے تھے۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق فاطمہ کی فنڈ ریزنگ مہم کا
مقصد قدرتی آفات یا دہشت گردی کا نشانہ بننے والے چرچوں کی بحالی ہے اور ان کی تعمیر نو ہے۔ چونکہ کچھ عرصے سے امریکا میں سیاہ فاموں کے کئی چرچوں کو یا قدرتی آفات کی وجہ سے نقصان پہنچا ہے یا وہ انتہا پسندی اور مذہبی فرقہ واریت کی بھینٹ چڑھ چکے ہیں۔ کچھ روز قبل ریاست کیرولینا کے «گریلفیل» شہر میں واقع افریقی چرچ» جبل صہیون» میں خوفناک آتش زدگی ہوئی تھی جس کے نتیجے چرچ جل کر خاکسرت ہو گیا تھا۔ اس آتشزدگی نے 20سال قبل اسی عالقے میں انتہا پسند تنظیم Klan Klux Kuکے شدت عیسائیوں کے ہاتھوں چرچ کو جالئے جانے کی یاد تازہ کر دی تھی۔ چند ہفتے پیشرت «گلوفر گروف چرچ» بھی آتشزدگی کا واقعہ پیش آیا جس کے نتیجے میں چرچ کو بڑے پیامنے پر نقصان پہنچا تھا «چارلٹ» شہر میں دو اور چرچ بھی آتش زدگی کا نشانہ بن چکے ہیں۔ ایک چرچ ریاست جارجیا میں آتش زدگی کا شکار ہو کر تباہی سے دوچار ہوا ہے۔ ریاست فلوریڈا میں ایک چرچ آسامنی بجلی گرنے سے تباہ ہوا۔ دلچسپ بات یہ ہے کہ ان چرچوں کی تعمیرومرمت کے فنڈ ریزنگ میں حصہ لینے والی خواتین میں ایک فلسطینی سامجی کارکن بھی پیش پیش ہیں۔ فلسطینی سامجی کارکن لیندا رصصور امریکا میں کئی دورسی مہامت میں بھی حصہ لے چکی ہیں۔ مسلامنوں کی جانب سے امریکا میں چرچوں کی تعمیر ومرمت کے لیے جاری فنڈ ریزنگ مہم محض ایک مالی معاونت کا ذریعہ نہیں بلکہ اس کے ذریعے یہ بھی ثابت کرنا ہے کہ مسلامن رصف تخریب کار ہی نہیں بلکہ تعمیر کرنے میں مدد دینے والے بھی ہیں۔ مسلامن تو ان عبادت گاہوں کی تعمیر میں بھی مدد فراہم کرتے ہیں جنہیں امریکیوں نے برباد کیا ہے۔
