I explore the relationship between Jungian archetypes and life as performance. With influences as diverse as Kafka and Frida Kahlo, new combinations are generated from both opaque and transparent textures. Ever since I was a pre-adolescent I have been fascinated by the endless oscillation of the mind. What starts out as undefined soon becomes finessed into a carnival of greed, leaving only a sense of nihilism and the inevitability of a new beginning. As spatial replicas become transformed through frantic and diverse practice, the viewer is left with an impression of the limits of our world.
