April 1st is the last day to submit your applications to join us for our 5th year celebration in Disney World at the world-class Swan and Dolphin Resort inside Walt Disney World.

End the R-Word… Will you Help us Spread the Word? We are excited to embrace the Special Olympic’s campaign, “Spread the Word to End the Word” as our 2015 national charity. Our state queens are collecting signatures all across the country from people pledging to end the word Retarded and replace it with the word Respect! These signature pledges will be turned in at nationals and we are hoping to collect thousands of signatures to submit to the Special Olympics. We hope you will help us spread the word, to end the word and pledge to show respect to all people.
Rachel Hammer USA National Teen 2014
Rachel Fun Facts As USA National Teen, Rachel has been able to enjoy a celebrity lifestyle: having a private dinner with Teresa Scanlan (Miss America 2011), hanging out with Tony Bowls, and modeling for Mac Duggal! Rachel won UNM National Teen as the youngest teen queen in UNM’s history so far. She has been with UNM since the beginning of this system and won on her 4th try! An avid cheerleader, Rachel is an NCA, UCA, Cheersport and Summit champion, cheering with the Stingrays All Stars. Rachel has been on 5 mission trips to the Dominican Republic in the last 18 months. She loves to travel, and has also been to 12 different countries! She works hard to maintain straight A’s and has a 4.1071 grade point average taking a course load of all honors and AP classes. Rachel is involved in Beta Club, National Honor Society, Spanish Honors Society, Math League, and Big Sister, Little Sister. Rachel is the founder of “Rae’s of Hope” which has logged over 10,000 hours and raised over $15,000 for various charities. She has earned 5 Presidential Volunteer Service Awards.
