GAME DAY A-Z GUIDE ADDRESS The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum is located at: 3911 South Figueroa Street Los Angeles, CA 90037 ALCOHOL POLICIES Alcohol is prohibited inside the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum unless approved by Facility Management. If guests decide to consume alcohol prior to entering the Coliseum, we encourage you to drink responsibly. ANIMALS Service dogs or service-dogs-in-training for guests with disabilities are allowed. All other animals are prohibited. APPROVED SPONSORS LA Coliseum and University grounds and facilities may not be used for commercial purposes such as sales, advertising, or promotional activity without prior approval. Authorized corporate sponsors will be identified by official vendor passes, distributed through the USC Athletic Department. Violators to these measures are subject to trespass ordinances. For more information about marketing activities on USC Football Game Days, sponsors should contact USC Sports Properties by email at Andre.Riley@foxsports.net. ATM LOCATIONS ATMs are located inside the Coliseum, on the yard level, at Gates 4, 16, 23, and 28. There are two machines at each location. BABY CHANGING AREAS Baby changing areas are available in all restrooms. BAG POLICY The Coliseum prohibits bags, backpacks and other containers from entering the venue, with the following exceptions: • One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and does not exceed 12” by 12” by 6”, or; • A one-gallon clear plastic storage bag (Ziploc bag or similar). • In addition to one of the clear bags noted above, guests may also carry in a small clutch bag or purse approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap. • An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, oversized seat cushions with pockets or metal structures, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. These measures are designed to promote public safety while encouraging guests to limit the items they bring into the venue to create a more efficient screening and entry process. We ask that all items are visible when entering the venue. The fewer items that are concealed, the quicker the process becomes. All approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry. BANNERS & SIGNS Banners and signs are not allowed in the LA Coliseum without prior approval from USC Athletics. BEVERAGES, BOTTLES & CANS Bottles and cans of any kind are prohibited inside the Coliseum. Factory sealed bottles of water, 17 oz. or less, are allowed and limited to 2 bottles per person. Ticket Booths are located on the outside of Gate 4 and 19, open three and two hours prior to kickoff, respectively and close at halftime. Game Day tickets are based on availability at all three locations. BROADCASTS All USC Football games (both Home and Away) will be broadcast live on USC’s Flagship Station, ESPN Radio 710, and the Trojan Radio Network. Check www.usctrojans.com for updates. Pre-game radio show will be broadcast live from the peristyle end of the Coliseum starting four hours prior to kickoff. BUS PARKING Bus and oversized vehicle parking is by reservation only. Availability is very limited and there is a fee to park. Contact Classic Parking at 213-749-5654 for more information. CAMERAS AND VIDEO CAMERAS Guests are allowed to bring still cameras provided they do not have detachable lenses and do not interfere with other guests’ view of the event. Camera lenses are limited to 3-inches. Video cameras and tripods are not permitted. All commercial use of photographs depicting game action are allowed only through a licensing agreement. Policies may vary per event without notice. CHILDREN Children under two years of age are allowed inside the Coliseum without a ticket if they are accompanied by an adult, and must share the seat with the adult and not interfere with other fans’ viewing of the field. It is suggested that ticket stubs, a nametag and/or any other additional information be pinned to the clothing of any young child that might require assistance. These measures will assist any USC personnel in reuniting guests should it become necessary. Strollers are not allowed in the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. COLISEUM CLUB The Coliseum Clubs are exclusive areas where you can enjoy premium food and beverage service prior to, during, and after USC home football games. The Clubs open two hours

Coliseum Clubs are located on the south side of the Coliseum across from Tunnel 5 (at Gate 6) and across from Tunnel 12 (at Gate 11), as well as on the north side at Gate 19 and Gate 33. DRESS CODE Facility Management asks that all guests not wear derogatory, profane or offensive clothing. Guests with improper clothing may be asked to remove the item, cover up the item or leave the venue.

CONCESSIONS Legends Hospitality, our food and beverage partner at the LA Coliseum, has committed itself to providing USC fans with an unparalleled food, beverage, and customer experience. Legends is delivering new innovative options on game days. Concession stands are located on the Yard Level outside of Tunnels 4, 6, 16, and 23, and also on the Concourse Level outside of every other tunnel.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS When driving to the venue please carpool with 3 or more people, and plan your travel ahead of time. Please use the following suggested routes:

CONTAINERS & COOLERS Ice chests, coolers and other beverage containers are not permitted inside the Coliseum.

From the South via the 110 Freeway: Exit Martin Luther King Blvd. – Turn Left on Figueroa St. – Follow signs to the Coliseum parking or USC Campus parking. The Express Lane exits directly to 39th St. and the entrance to Exposition Park.

DISABLED PATRON INFORMATION For guests that need additional assistance reaching upper level seats in the Coliseum, escalators are located adjacent to Sections 4, 11, and 19. There is also an elevator located at Tunnel 6 for disabled access only. Prior to game day, reserved seating in the wheelchair sections is available through the USC Ticket Office (213-740-GOSC) on a season or individual game basis, based on availability. On game day, patrons with a game ticket who need wheelchair seating will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, based on availability. EXIT & RE-ENTRY For the safety and security of our guests, re-entry is not allowed at any event. FAN BEHAVIOR We want all fans (including those cheering for the visiting team) to enjoy their game day experience. We ask for your support as we strive to create and maintain a safe and enjoyable stadium environment. So please remember to be considerate of those seated near you, cheer constructively, support your team, and be mindful of good sportsmanship. Behavior that is disruptive to others may result in ejection from the stadium. Fans are encouraged to report inappropriate behavior to Management Personnel. For assistance, call or text 213-263-4007 with a description of the situation and seat location. This number will only be active on game days. Message and data rates may apply. FAN CODE OF CONDUCT In order to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, we ask that fans refrain from the following behaviors: • Profanity or other offensive language, whether spoken, written, or appearing on apparel • Smoking (including vaporizers and e-cigarettes) • Intoxication or excessive alcohol consumption

FIELD ACCESS Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the field before, during, or after a game. Any unauthorized person going onto the field will be removed and subject to ejection and/or arrest. FIRST AID There are two first aid stations located at the Coliseum across from Tunnel 6 on the upper concourse and at Gate 1. Please contact the nearest usher or security officer if medical attention is needed.

To use mobile ticketing:

• Order home game tickets online at www.gettrojantix.com and choose mobile ticket delivery. • You will then receive an email with a link to download your tickets. Be sure to save this email as you will need to present it for entry. (If you have an iPhone you can save the ticket in your Apple Passbook.) • All tickets for the same event will be in one link. •There is no need to print your tickets! Just present your mobile ticket on your smartphone at the entry gate. USC Athletics scans all tickets at each facility using the barcode on each ticket. Treat each mobile ticket like you would any other valid ticket to an event.

MOBILE TICKETING AT USC ATHLETICS With mobile ticket delivery your tickets are emailed to you immediately after your purchase. These tickets are optimized for display on your smartphone. You will receive two emails after your purchase – one will include links to access your tickets that can be scanned from your smartphone, and the other will be your order confirmation email. We recommend you save your mobile tickets to your mobile device. 4

•Mobile tickets are individually barcoded and will only allow one scan per entry so any attempts to duplicate, alter, or sell any copies of the mobile ticket may result in admittance being refused to the event.

Mobile tickets will arrive as a link in the email which you will click on to download your tickets. All tickets for the same event will be in one link. If you are using any spam filters and want to ensure you receive the email containing your tickets, please add our email addresses (uscto@usc.edu, USC_TICKET_OFFICE@usc.edu, and tcktprnt@usc.edu) to your approved spam filter list. Please also set your email to accept attachments. Mobile PDF attachments may be used on any type of smartphone with a PDF viewer, such as Apple, Android, Windows, and Blackberry phones.

The game program offers fans up-to-date information, game previews, colorful features, interviews, rosters, depth charts, stats, and much more! GATE OPENING TIMES Gates will open for guests two hours prior to kickoff time (open time subject to change). GUEST SERVICES If you need assistance please contact a representative located at the Coliseum South Office located near Gate 33 on the south end of the Peristyle. HELPFUL HONDA AMBASSADORS As the official Helpful sponsor of USC Athletics, the Southern California Honda Helpful Ambassadors will be providing complimentary car washes to select Honda drivers who sign up in advance at www.usctrojans.com/helpfulhondacarwash, giving chariot rides to fans around the stadium, conducting free bag checks in the South Lawn and finding more ways to help improve your game day experience. HOMECOMING/REUNION WEEKEND This year Homecoming/Reunion Weekend is at the Arizona game on Saturday, November 4th. To find out more information about the events that weekend, visit the USC Alumni Association website at www.alumni.usc.edu LASER POINTERS The use of laser pointers is strictly prohibited and will result in ejection from the venue. LOST AND FOUND Lost & Found is located in the South Coliseum Office. Found items may be turned over to the office, or given to an usher or security guard in your section who will turn them in. For more information please call 213-747-7111 on weekdays between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. LOST CHILDREN To report a lost child, please contact the nearest police officer or USC staff member, or go to the guest service booth located at the South Coliseum Office. MERCHANDISE You can now shop for all the latest Trojan apparel, merchandise, and collectibles at the USC Bookstore shop located next to Gate 31. Other merchandise stands are located at the Trojan FanFest outside of the Peristyle end of the Coliseum before kickoff, or throughout the Yard Level inside the stadium. look for your special Season Ticket Holder discount that was sent out via email in July. METRO EXPO LINE Skip the traffic and GO METRO on game day! Metroâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s Expo Line provides a convenient service via the Expo/Vermont and Expo Park/USC Stations. For more details and to plan your trip, please check out www.metro.net/usctrojans METRO EXPRESSLANES Eleven miles of carpool lanes on the 110 Harbor Freeway have been converted to High-Occupancy Toll lanes, known as Metro ExpressLanes. All toll lane users must have a FasTrak installed in their vehicle regardless of vehicle occupancy. PARKING (Subject to change) Parking is available on campus at the parking structures until they sell out of spaces. The rate is $25 for all lots. The majority of parking lots surrounding the Coliseum in Exposition Park are reserved for our Trojan Athletic Fund Members. Each Trojan Athletic Fund Member is allocated a parking space based on their membership level. Information on parking lot selection was distributed via e-mail this summer, so please make sure your e-mail address is correct by logging into your account at: www.trojanathleticfund.com if you are a Trojan Athletic Fund Member. The passes you received are for a specific lot. Public parking in the Exposition Park/Coliseum lots is $25 and is available in Lots 2 & 3 based on availability. Call (213) 749-5654 to reserve an RV pass for future games. All Expo Park Lots open at 6AM. There is also a state owned public garage located at Browning and Vermont Ave., one block north of Martin Luther King Blvd. which is $30 per space. All USC Campus Parking Lots and Structures are open to the public and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Free shuttles are provided from the USC Parking Center to the Coliseum. USC Campus lots and structures are available for $25. All USC Campus Lots and Structures open at 6AM. There are also a variety of privately owned and operated lots nearby the Coliseum. While you are welcome to use these lots, please understand that USC does not control these lots in any manner. Handicapped Accessible Parking (Subject to change) Handicapped Accessible parking is available in Lot 2 in Expo Park. By law, these spaces cannot be reserved in advance and on game days are offered to guests on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to an extremely high demand for handicapped parking we are unfortunately unable to accommodate all of our guests, so please arrive early to ensure that you have a space in a lot. Please arrive with your state issued placard and identification, and parking personnel will guide you to your parking area. The fee for parking is $25. PROHIBITED ITEMS All persons and their belongings are subject to metal detector

(Factory sealed bottles of water, 17 oz. or less, are allowed; limit 2 per person); • Illegal Drugs and Weapons including Firearms, Knives, Explosives, Fireworks and Laser Pointers; • Professional Cameras (lenses longer than 3”) and Camera Equipment, Selfie-Sticks, Tripods and Video or Audio Recording Equipment; • Banners, Sticks, Poles, Inflatables, Frisbees, Balls, and Unsliced Fruits or Vegetables; • Umbrellas, Balloons, Strollers, Skateboards and Folding or Beach Chairs; • Pets (Service Animals are allowed); • The Coliseum is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in any area of the Coliseum. Please do not conceal items. Have all items clearly visible inside an approved bag. REPLACEMENT POLICY ON LOST, STOLEN, FORGOTTEN, AND/ OR DESTROYED TICKETS The USC Ticket Office will address lost or stolen ticket issues with the primary account holder on record. Reprints may be issued upon approval of the primary account holder. The USC Ticket Office reserves the right to refuse any replacement ticket request. SMOKING Smoking (including vaporizers and e-cigarettes) is prohibited in any area of the Coliseum. The use of smokeless tobacco is prohibited for all events (LAMC 41.50.1). STROLLERS Strollers are prohibited inside the Coliseum. USC Player Guest & Opponent Guest Will Call USC Player guests may pick up their tickets at the will call area located inside of Gate 28 (location subject to change). These booths open two hours prior to kickoff. Opponent player guests may pick up their tickets at Gate 4 starting two hours before kickoff. A valid Photo ID will be required for all ticket pickups. Due to NCAA Compliance Bylaws names cannot be changed and every person picking up a ticket is required to show Photo ID. All guests must enter their respective gate upon receipt of their stubbed ticket. There are no exceptions.
