Ann Pettit and Ray Jackson have positioned US Southwest as a marketing company that specializes in all aspects of real estate. US Southwest's Broker, Ann Pettit began her career in subdivision sales in the late 1970s, selling vacant lots in the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley area, prior to the city being incorporated.
