Ann Pettit and Ray Jackson have positioned US Southwest as a marketing company that specializes in all aspects of real estate. US Southwest offers the most diverse and comprehensive array of real estate services in Mohave County. US Southwest's Broker, Ann Pettit began her career in subdivision sales in the late 1970s, selling vacant lots in the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley area, prior to the city being incorporated. She continued to work closely with developers, both acquiring land and running sales programs, as well as positioning new properties and assisting with the development of new financing products. US Southwest's Builder, Ray Jackson, started the initial contracting company that eventually grew into the Ixtapa Group. As principals in the Ixtapa Group, they developed over 150 condominium units in Lake Havasu City and almost 1,000 lots in the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley area. Ann joined the Ixtapa Group in the early 1990s as their first and only Broker, before acquiring their marketing arm and repositioning it as US Southwest.
