This provides you the ability to bid on construction and maintenance projects that are over $300,000
Market to Prime Contractors
Bidder’s Questionnaire….
There are no financial statements for those who are submitting an application for less than $300,000
Once approved, it must be on file 10 days prior to the bid opening date of the project you are interested in bidding
If interested in higher bid capacity, your financial statements must be certified by a CPA that is licensed by the Texas State Board.
Bonding and Insurance Requirements ď Ż There are bonding and insurance requirements on the
projects.
ď Ż $20 million in stimulus funds will be available to DBEs to
meet bonding requirements.
