CHANCELLOR’S ANNUAL REPORT • 100 GREATEST HITS • UT MARTIN
WELCOME Those of us who work at THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE AT MARTIN know there are many positive things to say and know about our university. In fact, we set out to name 100 EVENTS, ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS* that occurred from July 1, 2012, to June 30, 2013. The task recalled a memorable year, and the results of that summary are noted in this edition of THE CHANCELLOR’S ANNUAL REPORT. THE GOOD NEWS about a great year in the university’s history is not confined to what’s included in this report – the really good news is that THE ACHIEVEMENTS AND STORIES from our dedicated students, faculty and staff WOULD FILL MANY MORE PAGES. WE VALUE YOUR INTEREST in and support for THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE AT MARTIN. We think you’ll find these 100 GREATEST HITS worth playing again. Dr. Tom Rakes Chancellor
