• University Scholars is the premier UT Martin Honors Program for up to 30 incoming first-year students.
First-year students can also enroll in classes at our regional centers located in Parsons, Ripley, Selmer and Somerville or through UT Martin Online. Transfer students eligible to enroll at regional centers, including our Jackson location. Scholars
• This is a last-dollar scholarship that will be applied after all other financial aid is received, including, but not limited to, Pell Grants, HOPE Scholarship and other institutional scholarships.

The UT Martin Office of Housing provides a fully-trained staff of residence hall directors and resident assistants who tend to the needs of residents through social activities, competitions and intramural sports. Housing Reminders • First-year students are required to live on campus unless commuting from the home of parents or legal guardians in the Tennessee counties of Weakley, Obion, Gibson, Carroll or Henry or the Kentucky counties of Fulton, Hickman and Graves. • Students enrolled with fewer than 45 completed credit hours before the first day of fall classes are required to sign an academic year lease and live in on-campus residence halls.
