• Tobias Harris, Scotty Hopson and Brian Williams all earned SEC postseason honors. See Page 3. • Tennessee has only been the East 5 once previously since divisional play began (went 1-1 in 2005). • Tennessee owns an 8-4 record against Florida during the Pearl era, but the Gators have won three straight over the Vols. The Big Orange own a 4-2 all-time edge over Florida in the SEC Tournament, but programs haven’t met at the event since 1984 (UT won in overtime, 80-74, in Nashville). • Under head coach Bruce Pearl, the Vols have never failed to reach the 20-win mark or make the NCAA Tournament. A berth in this year’s tournament would be UT’s sixth straight—a school record. • Junior guard Scotty Hopson ranks 24th on UT’s career scoring list with 1,282 points. He averages more points vs. Florida (16.5 ppg; six games) than he does against any other SEC team. • True freshman forward Tobias Harris posted his fourth 20-point game of the season Thursday vs. Arkansas. The second-team All-SEC performer has scored in double figures in 29 of 32 games. • Though his scoring numbers are down, Cameron Tatum has led the Vols in assists for three straight games, and the Lithonia, Ga., native has recorded multiple assists in 13 of UT’s last 14 outings. • Former Vols guard Jimmy England (1969-71) is Tennessee’s SEC Legend at this week’s SEC Tournament. England was a 1971 All-America and a two-time first-team All-SEC performer at UT. • UT boasts the nation’s No. 2 strength of schedule (RPIratings.com). See Page 3 for a few reasons why. • Tennessee has eight wins over teams in the top 50 of the most recent NCAA RPI (Pittsburgh, Vanderbilt [2x], Villanova, , Memphis, Georgia, Missouri State, VCU), and more than half of UT’s wins have come against top-100 RPI teams (11). Tennessee occupies the No. 36 spot in the RPI. • Tennessee’s average home attendance this season was 18,952, marking the sixth straight season that UT has finished in the top five nationally (all six years of the Pearl era).
