FIRST SERVE  The Lady Vols welcome Ole Miss to ThompsonBoling Arena for the 48th meeting between the two programs Friday night at 7 p.m.  Tennessee currently holds a commanding 40-7 lead in the all-time series and enters the match having won eight of the last nine matchups against the Rebels.  UT has also claimed 22 of the last 25 meetings.  A total of 28 of the matches between the two sides have been decided in straight-sets, with UT winning all but three of them, while there has been 10 four-set matches and nine that needed all five sets to decide a winner.  Under head coach Rob Patrick, the Big Orange is an impressive 22-3 against the Rebels, including an 11-1 mark at home.

DIGGING UP THE CHARTS  With seven regular-season matches remaining, Mullins currently sits second on UT’s all-time career digs chart, just 61 shy of Chloe Goldman’s record (1,755).  The Nashville native is also third on UT’s singleseason digs list with 533 this year. The libero already owns two spots in the UT record books for most digs in a season during the 25-point rally scoring era as she tallied 541 in 2012 and 471 in 2011, marks that are second and fifth, respectively.
