A TENNESSEE WIN WOULD...  Give the Vols a five-game win streak, its longest of the season.  Put the Vols in the SEC Tournament semifinals for the first time since 2010 (lost to Kentucky in Nashville).  Give Cuonzo Martin’s Vols a 9-5 record in March.

¢ If the Vols win Friday, they will play the first semifinal game Saturday at 1 p.m. ET on ABC. ¢ For the second time in head coach Cuonzo Martin’s three seasons at Tennessee, the Vols finished the regular season on a four-game win streak. ¢ This is the 14th time the SEC Tournament has been held in Atlanta and the 11th time it has been played at the Georgia Dome. UT owns a 5-9 (.357) all-time record in the Georgia Dome, with all those contests taking place in the SEC Tournament. ¢ The Vols have not won the SEC Tournament since 1979 in Birmingham, Ala. Current Vol Network radio analyst Bert Bertelkamp was a member of that team. ¢ Cuonzo Martin is 4-5 in conference tournaments as a head coach (three MVC Tournaments and two SEC Tournaments). ¢ Tennessee has not trailed in its last four games (160 total minutes). ¢ This is UT’s 24th all-time 20-win season and the second 20-win campaign under third-year coach Cuonzo Martin. ¢ According to ESPN’s InsideRPI, Tennessee owns an RPI of No. 46 and has the 15th toughest strength-of-schedule (as of March 11). ¢ The Vols join Florida, Kentucky and Georgia as the only SEC teams with four or more road wins in conference play this season. ¢ Tennessee finished 12th nationally in average home attendance with an average of 15,475. ¢ Jarnell Stokes is the reigning co-SEC Player of the Week, his fifth career SEC weekly award.
