¢ Saturday’s game represents the 108th all-time alltime meeting between the Tennessee Volunteers and the Kentucky Wildcats. Saturday is also Senior Day at Neyland Stadium, when 13 Vol seniors will be honored before their final home game. ¢ Tennessee is 74-24-9 all-time vs. the Wildcats, including a 39-10-6 mark in Knoxville and a 35-14-3 record in Lexington. The 74 wins represent UT’s most over any opponent. Kentucky snapped Tennessee’s 26-game winning streak over the Wildcats last year, defeating the Vols 10-7 in Lexington on Nov. 26, 2011. ¢ Tennessee has won 13 consecutive games over Kentucky at Neyland Stadium since 1986, the longest home-winning streak for the Vols over any opponent. ¢ Five of the last eight games in the TennesseeKentucky series have been decided by six points or fewer, and six of last eight were decided by 10 or fewer points.

COACHING CHANGE

¢ On Sunday, University of Tennessee Vice Chancellor and Director of Athletics Dave Hart announced that head football coach Derek Dooley will not return as the head coach of the Vols. Hart also announced that the search for the next Tennessee head coach begins immediately. ¢ Offensive coordinator Jim Chaney will serve as interim head coach vs. Kentucky on Saturday. Chaney is the first interim head coach to lead the Vols in a game since Phillip Fulmer in the first three games of 1992.

¢ The Vols have scored 397 points this season, the third-highest point total in school history through 11 games and the most since 1995.
