KEY STORYLINES

• The Volunteers are undefeated on the road this season. (2-0-4 Overall, 2-0-2 SEC) • Both of Tennessee’s wins over Missouri have come against Tigers’ teams that were nationally ranked. • The Vols rank fourth in the SEC and are tied for 20th in the country with 30 assists. • Tennessee leads the SEC in goals allowed (8), GAA (0.53) and shutouts (9). They also rank top 20 nationally in each of those categories. • The Vols have started the same back four in every game this season. • Junior forward Anna McClung scored her team-leading fifth goal this season and second gamewinner in Tennessee’s 3-1 win at Alabama last Sunday. • UT’s only two losses this season have come against teams ranked in the top 15. (#14 Auburn & #12 UF) • Seven freshmen have scored a goal and eight have recorded a point for the Vols this season. • True freshman Rylie O’Keefe scored her first-career goal in UT’s win at Alabama last Sunday. • Redshirt freshman Meghan Flynn scored her first-career goal against No. 12 Florida (10/9). Eckel’s Last Stand • Redshirt senior GK Julie Eckel leads the SEC in Save Pct. (.886) and shutouts (8). She also ranks 21st in the country in GAA (0.53) and 13th in save percentage. • Eckel ranks third nationally among active Division I goalkeepers in career shutouts (31) and minutes played (7,031). She needs only one more shutout to become the Tennessee all-time leader. • Eckel is one of only two goalkeepers in program history to record 300 or more saves. She needs only 10 more to pass Ellen Dean (325) for first all-time. • Eckel became the all-time program leader for games started by a goalkeeper last Sunday with 75, passing Ellen Dean. • Eckel has been named SEC Defensive Player of the Week twice this season and was also named to the TopDrawerSoccer.com Team of the Week on Sept. 15.
