 ON THE AIR

THE SEC RACE IS ON  Tennessee had won 18 in a row in the series vs. Arkansas and had not lost to the Razorbacks in Knoxville until last season, when the Lady Vols fell in overtime, 72-71, on Feb. 23 at Thompson-Boling Arena.  That upset derailed UT’s attempt to win the SEC regular-season title in 2012, clearing a path for Kentucky to capture the trophy.  The Lady Vols again find themselves in first place in the SEC standings as they prepare to play Arkansas.  UT stands atop the league at 12-1, followed by Kentucky and Texas A&M in a tie for second at 11-2. Georgia is third at 10-3.  The Lady Vols play Texas A&M in Knoxville at 7 p.m. on Feb. 28.
