As custodian of federal funds in Washington County, he needed to give an account; as Mrs. Brooks, well-known historian and author and member of the Board of Trustees of the Utah State Historical Society, presented this address at the Sixteenth Annual Meeting of the Society held in Logan, September 21, 1968.
