#1 IN UTAH TOP 3 IN THE WEST TOP 20 IN THE U.S.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS

University of Utah Executive MBA students bring strong work experience and potential for senior-level leadership positions in their current organizations and future roles. Our unique program schedule, curriculum, administrative services, admissions process, and more all revolve around this fact.

• Classes are held Friday and Saturday every other week for 21 months, allowing students to apply the concepts they learn in class immediately at work.

• An off-site intensive week at the beginning of the first year, an international trip at the beginning of the second year, and an international trip at the end of the program provide students with a global perspective, in-depth learning experiences, and the opportunity to network outside of a classroom setting.

• Because we want our students to focus on their education, the EMBA staff handles all administrative items on their behalf. Before the first day of class, we prepare books and course materials, the class day parking, and course registration. Students have easy access to printing and copying on class days and can count on catered breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

• Admission to the program is competitive and based on several factors. A GMAT/GRE waiver is available for qualified applicants. You do not need to take a standardized exam to apply.

“The University of Utah Executive MBA is different than any other MBA program. It brings together top leaders who challenge each other, driving the best results possible. The program trains masters in the technical and soft skills required to lead with willing and enthusiastic followers.”

“As I was re-entering the workforce after spending a few years raising my two children, it was important for me to refresh and sharpen my skills. The Executive MBA program not only sharpened my current skills and added many new tools to my toolbox, but it also gave me an incredible network of personal advisors in business as well as lifelong friends.”
