ENVIRONMENTAL, SUSTAINABILITY AND GOVERNANCE (ESG)
Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) is an important topic for companies across various industries. ESG considerations have gained significant importance in recent years due to their potential impact on business performance, reputation, and long-term sustainability. The aim of this course is to educate business leaders on the risks and opportunities associated with sustainability related factors such as climate change, human capital management, and community engagement. Students will learn to align their firm’s business strategy with the expectations and values of their broad stakeholder base.

Chai is a practitioner in the field of ESG and has spoken on various topics at more than 50+ major finance industry conferences to date. Her company, Evergood, provides endto-end ESG, Sustainability, and Impact strategy as well as measurement solutions to PE, VC, and other operating companies. She collaborates with our fund clients in preparing investment policies, ESG/Sustainability theses, due diligence toolkits, and investor/ stakeholder communications documents. Her work helps clients attract additional impact/ sustainability-focused funding or identify and articulate the impact already created by existing portfolios.
