Lean Six Sigma skills are becoming increasingly crucial in the business world; they help organizations improve processes, reduce costs, and promote efficiency without devaluing their product or pipeline. Executive Education’s Lean Six Sigma programs take training a step further by allowing you to complete a process improvement project for your organization or another before receiving your certificate. Most Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt courses result in an annual savings of 50 to 1,000 times the course tuition.

We offer three Lean Six Sigma Green Belt options: Manufacturing, NonManufacturing, and online. If you are new to Lean Six Sigma, pursue your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt before continuing to the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Building a Lean Enterprise Course (Online): $990

This course teaches participants how to lead a Lean Transformation for an individual value stream through video instruction, case studies, personal mentorship, and a live project.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Course (Online or In Person): $3,695

Designed for leaders who have completed Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, this program provides advanced training in technical process-improvement techniques. You’ll learn how to increase productivity, process flow, and customer satisfaction while also decreasing total defects, cycle time, and work-in-progress delays.
