EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP SERIES Overview Build on your leadership strengths and learn how to apply the latest research to manage today’s toughest challenges. In this five-part series, you’ll meet with your cohort on a monthly basis and dive deep into fundamental leadership topics, including competitive advantage, collaborative negotiations, team dynamics, business turnarounds, and a leader’s role in navigating uncertainty. Through the experiences of the faculty and participants, you will create a network and grow. The five-class Executive Leadership Series is designed for individuals who are currently in leadership positions or those who are preparing to assume greater leadership responsibilities. Taught by Eccles’ top-ranked faculty, the program attracts executives from a broad range of backgrounds and industries and encourages vibrant classroom discussion and interactive learning. Intellectually rewarding and personally fulfilling, this program will challenge you to think deeply about the leader you are — and the leader you want to become.
