Tina Diekmann, Ph.D, is a professor of management with research published in over two dozen refereed journals. She teaches several MBA courses on negotiation, teams, and organizational behavior. Before joining the University of Utah, she was an Associate Professor at the University of Notre Dame.
Abe Bakhsheshy, Ph.D., is the Bill Daniels professor of ethics with a focus on organizational behavior. He brings more than 35 years of management experience to the classroom and has been recognized over a dozen times at the university level for teaching excellence.
Jen Brown, Ph.D. is a professor of entrepreneurship and strategy. Her research interests include industrial organization and personnel economics, and her work has been published in several economics and finance journals. She has taught MBA students in the U.S., Canada, and abroad.
Brian Cadman, Ph.D., is an associate professor of accounting. Before joining the Eccles School, he was on the faculty at both Kellogg and Wharton. His research focuses on compensation design and performance measurement and has been cited in an SEC ruling.

Tuition and fees for students starting in 2025 are estimated to be about $71,000 over the course of the program’s four semesters. Dual degree and international students may be subject to additional fees.
All admitted students are considered for merit-based scholarships; no separate application is necessary. Awards are given based on demonstrated excellence in academic or professional pursuits. • 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
• Undergraduate degree in business is not required
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (cumulative or last 60 credit hours)
• GMAT or GRE required
• The minimum score requirements are 600 (GMAT) and 300 (GRE), with competitive applicants scoring above the 50th percentile on both the verbal and quantitative sections
• If applicant has taken the GMAT or GRE more than once, the highest score will be considered
• Scores cannot be combined
• GMAT/GRE must be taken at a testing center
• 1 year of post-undergraduate work experience is required
• 4 - 6 years is more competitive for admission
• Transcripts from every undergraduate institution attended must be submitted
• Attach unofficial transcripts to the online application
• Official transcripts must be mailed or emailed to Graduate Admissions Office directly from your undergraduate institution
