MBA+ program industry seminars and marketing projects The MBA+ Leadership Program’s industry seminars build upon classroom knowledge and understanding, through hands-on experiential programs like the ‘Year in the Life of a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) MBA Day Camp’ with Frito-Lay. The MBA+ program also offers 6 to 10 week long micro-consulting projects, connecting teams of MBAs to companies of interest to solve an immediate business issue. Recently, Texas MBAs in marketing have worked with Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Electronic Arts, American Airlines, Houston Rockets and Sandals Resorts. The Graduate Marketing Network (GMN) This flagship marketing student organization provides you with a variety of opportunities to develop marketing skills and learn more about professional opportunities in marketing through events like the Customer Insight and Innovation Workshop, Marketing Brand Camp and the Marketing “Hot Seat” Challenge. The Center for Customer Insight & Marketing Solutions (CCIMS) CCIMS enables interaction between marketing faculty, students, and industry to enhance research opportunities, academic growth, real world problem solving and student career opportunities. CCIMS MARKETING FELLOWS The CCIMS Marketing Fellows program gives select marketing-focused MBA students the opportunity to develop their marketing acumen and management skills through a combination of focused curriculum and consulting projects. The program is student led and managed with support from CCIMS and Marketing faculty.
