PREAMBLE The cookbook presents the technical aspects of the communication tools used during the week of the UTMB®. This cookbook is intended for all parties wishing to communicate on the UTMB® before, during and after the event - partners, journalists, brands, communication agencies, production societies. In addition, the organization implements a complete on-line event tracking system during the week of the event: UTMB®LIVE. The homepage of the digital platform www.utmbmontblanc.com is then organized in the form of a dashboard where UTMB®TV, LiveTrail®, LiveCam webcams, social networks ... Conforming to the norms of article L.331-1 of the Code for sport, the GRANTOR is the holder of an exclusive right on the exploitation of the Event in their organiser's capacity, which is why any production, any broadcasts, and any use of images in connection with the Event has to have their express agreement, respecting the limits of the law of information. In particular, the race regulations to which the runners agree to honour and respect stipulate: INDIVIDUAL SPONSORS Sponsored runners may only display their sponsor’s logos on their clothes and equipment used during the race. All other advertising accessories (flags, banners, etc.) are explicitly forbidden at all points of the race route (including at the finish). IMAGE RIGHTS Each competitor relinquishes his right to images taken during the event, at the same time renouncing the right of appeal against the organiser and its partners for the approved use of his image. UltraTrail®, Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc®, UTMB®, CCC®, TDS® and PTL® are all registered trademarks. All communication concerning the event or use of the event’s images will have to be made respecting the name of the event, the registered trademarks and with the organisation’s official agreement Consequently, only the organisation has the right to use images of the runners and is authorized to sanction the use of these images. The LICENSE-HOLDER can not pass these images to an other entity. This means that any race image showing runners will have to be accredited and have the written authorization from Autour du Mont-Blanc.
