15. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR PARTNERS

15.1. PRODUCT PLACEMENT

If you are interested in product placement, do not hesitate to send your products and associated specification sheets to the UTMB® before the end of March.

15.2 PROMOTION OF PARTNER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

OFFICIAL LICENSED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The UTMB® Mont-Blanc promotes official products and/or services under the UTMB® Mont-Blanc License. The promotion will not be carried out according to a standard model, as it will be integrated in the runner's experience (on & offline customer path).

At the beginning of the year, the UTMB® Mont-Blanc will share with each Licensee its recommendation regarding the promotion plan for the official licensed product/ service. In order to maximize efficiency, each Licensee is requested to send to the UTMB® Mont-Blanc organization the official information & elements that may be used: names, logos, photos, product descriptions, benefits, product release calendar, targets...

Possible promotional elements for official products/services under the UTMB® Mont-Blanc License (including but not limited to): • Products/services promotion during the online registration process • Emails promoting products/services • Products/services placement in the official contents • Products/services promotion during virtual challenges • Products/official services area in our eShop/website • Products/services promotion during the official editions of the UTMB® Mont-Blanc

Etc.

UNLICENSED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

• Possible extension for products or services for unlicensed UTMB® MontBlanc partners through the attribution of the "UTMB® Required & Approved" logo • May only be used for 1 year & must be compliant with the guidelines • Year 2: either stop using the "UTMB® Required & Approved" logo, or purchase a License Agreement

Each partner may use all or part of their guaranteed race bib(s) to carry out promotional activities within their own communities.

The promotion via social networks or the partner's newsletter is possible from the announcement of the entry process for the year N+1 until the end of the registration period, that is from February to January.

It is strictly forbidden to sell these bibs. Any promotion of this kind must be validated by the UTMB® Mont-Blanc organization (violette.pollet@utmb.world) to ensure compliance with the values of the UTMB® and respect of the eligibility conditions.

Premier Partner UTMB® World Series:

2 bibs (max 1 for the UTMB®)

Technical Partner UTMB® World Series:

2 bibs (excluding UTMB®)

Official Supplier UTMB® World Series:

1 bibs (for the TDS® or the MCC)

Title Partner UTMB® Mont-Blanc:

2 bibs (max 1 for the UTMB®)

Official Partner UTMB® Mont-Blanc:

2 bibs (excluding UTMB®)
