“We technically met in middle school in our hometown of Kalispell, Montana. We went to high school together as well, where we had classes together and were involved in a lot of the same activities. Though we shared many of the same friends, we did not really get to know each other in school. About five years later, Adam reached out via Instagram to ask what I was up to after seeing a photo of me from a class architecture trip. We started messaging back and forth and then had our first phone call, which lasted over three hours. Adam was working in Minneapolis at the time, while I was in grad school in Bozeman. I ended up flying to Minneapolis for a weekend and it was like we just continued our long phone conversation. After that weekend, we both knew we had found who we were looking for all along.

We loved having a winter wedding and honoring both of our families’ heritage with a traditional Catholic mass for the ceremony. On top of that, all of our vendors were amazing. We both love to dance, so being able to dance the night away to country music and oldies was perfect! Desoto Grill set out late night mac and cheese as a snack, which may have been one of the best decisions we made. Snowline as a venue was magical! Overall, our loved ones made the day so incredibly special.”
