WEATHER ALMOST BREAK UP IN THE SUMMER “The weather is…quite nice?” The sun felt a little like needles on your skin, and your squinting hurts when you look up from the ground. There was no wind, just cicadas and unbearable mugginess. On this particular day, his usual warmth and cuddliness was driving you a little mad. You stood a bit further away from him than you did yesterday. His awkwardness speaks volume. he had his hands and his whole body in a combination of worry and nervous, and “I forgive you, let’s talk.” You knew you should, but you don’t want to. You want to be as petty as possible; especialS` ^OLU HSS OL»Z VќLYPUN PZ RPUKULZZ HUK NLULYVZPty. No hate, no judgement. You have both agreed to break up come graduation, so there shouldn’t be any point in trying HU`^H` @V\ KLÄUP[LS` [OPUR [OH[ `V\Y YLSH[PVUZOPW is not worth the embarrassment of admitting to your mistakes. Or maybe it does. He’s looking at you expectantly now. You kept your eyes on the ground, safe, from the sun of course, and reached for his hands. you’ll say sorry later. --------------------------------------------------------TAKE PICTURES OF INSECTS IN THE FALL “DAD, don’t step there! Do you not see what’s in front of you? I have been trying to take a good picture of that thing the whole day!” She screamed in a whisper, aggressively pointing at a shiny bug. I wanted to go the stream because there’s a reJLU[ ZWLJPLZ VM ÄZO [OH[ TPNYH[LK [OLYL HUK HU` picture will help my research, but she insisted on going into the woods instead. I let her have her way, but now that I’m this age, I think it’s time that I get to make up excuses. :OL»Z I\UKSLK \W SPRL H ZSPNO[S` Å\ќ` LNN HUK I’m reminded that it’s getting cold this time of the year. Winter is still some months away, yet we are already feeling the chill. Yeah, I guess some people are used to the weather in Karuizawa, but I honestly feel like I’m living in a fridge and I am sure that I am not the only one feeling that way. *I wish it would snow but still be warm.* So, in order to keep myself (and those who need it) active during the winter and not become zombies always curled up in blankets, I gathered some essential tips for our survival during the winter: *cue the dramatic music interlude thingie* - Dress appropriately: I guess this is quite self explanatory but, to avoid the TERRORS of winter, you must dress warmly. You will need winter coats, body warmers, or any insulated jacket that will keep you warm. Don’t walk around wrapped in your blanket groaning about how cold it is (totally not guilty). - Eat warm food: (WHY[ MYVT [OL OLHS[O ILULÄ[Z VM LH[PUN `V\Y MVVK hot, it also serves as a great way of warming yourself up when it is cold outside. I suggest you try to avoid ice cream and cold drinks; try to eat more warm food, this can be hot noodles or hot chocolate. That, or you could talk to someone who makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, like your crush *cheeky wink*. - Be active: Last of all, try to be active and mobile when it is cold. This will again warm your body up and drive away the chill. You could go for a jog around the school or just head to the gym for a little sporting HJ[P]P[` SPRL IHZRL[IHSS VY IHKTPU[VU ;OPZ PZ KLÄUP[LS` NVPUN [V IL H TVYL M\U HUK LќLJ[P]L ^H` VM warming yourself up rather than sitting wrapped in blanket gaming all day (again not guilty). These are the basic survival tools for the winter, for those who like snow without the cold. Thanks for reading, and i hope it gets you ready enough for winter!

More Competition: As more news outlets were established, there was an increase in competition. More journalists abandoned writing objectively as it did not make them stand out against other news sources.to the consumer. Opinions dominated the news in the interest of profit. Bias towards either liberal or conservative views also became more common.

Sasakura (ă •ă •ă ?ă‚‰â€ƒă ?ă °) Near Shinano-Oiwake, this place is a great option for Shinshu Soba- a special type that is only made in .AGANO PREFECTURE WITH THE SPECIlC CONDITIONS OF low temperature and high altitude. It is rated a 3.85 in Tabelog (the Japanese Yelp).
La Pacchia (ăƒ”ă‚ś) Head over to Naka-Karuizawa for kiln-baked pizza and speciality pasta. It is so good that there is an hour’s waiting time without reservation! Tabelog rating is 3.06.
The Cowboy House (肉) Can’t get better than the elaborate interior and american style steak! Although more on the expensive side, their 1000 Yen lunch menu is great. Located in the Hoshino area, this famous restaurant is easily accessible to us. They do not accept reservations so be prepared to wait for a while! Tabelog rating is 3.5.
Tsukiji Hare No Hi (肉)
Kuiela (ăƒ”ă‚ś)

Another cheap Italian option near us! It is just a (relatively) short walk to Shinano Oiwake. Tabelog rating is 3.0.

AROUND THE WORLD: Tropical storm Nate has devastated Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and Honduras, and a state of emergency has been declared in these Central American countries. This follows a surge of hurricanes in the Americas causing mass destruction and death, such as Hurricanes Irma and Harvey. The National Rifle Association (NRA) in the US is calling for increased regulation of rapid-fire gun sales, following a horrific massacre in Las Vegas that left 58 people dead and nearly 500 injured. The Catalonia civil crisis is escalating to a peak - with nationwide protests being staged to stop people voting in an illegal independence referendum. The Catalan leader Charles Puigdemont stated that Catalonia would declare independence from Spain in a matter of days. The World Bank has analysed the economic effects of a Korean conflict and found that it would disrupt global trade and economic activity, for example increasing insurance costs for ships travelling throughout the region. Japanese and Vietnamese exports would be slowed, and especially the Vietnamese economy may not be able to handle the economic shock. SOURCE: BBC (bbc.com/)
