Catering Team go the Extra Mile Who’s ready for lunch? Feedback from meetings and conferences always involves a keen focus on hospitality and not surprisingly given that it’s food and beverage which helps shape the delegate experience and their energy levels at an event. At Cardiff Met we focus on ensuring the highest level catering service is provided. This is reflected in our awards and initiatives such as our Eatwell range which received an ‘All Wales Healthy Option’ gold award, our ‘Food Made Good’ three star rating from the Sustainable Restaurant Association and our Fairtrade status.

Our Catering Team recently received the Cardiff Met ‘Going the Extra Mile’ award. This is well deserved and a credit to the efforts of the whole team.

“Really proud of the Cyncoed catering team for winning ‘going the extra mile’ award and delighted for them all to get the recognition they richly deserve.” Andrew Phelps, Head of Catering
