OVERVIEW

Habee is the baby profile system which is established in order to help young and modern parents keep track and take care of their baby easier and better. Throughout the system, parents can get to access some exclusive, fresh-updated and self-experienced information which used to required lots of effort to get access. The system can create a big change in these young parents life, keep them from wasting time and effort when taking care of their baby.

CONCEPT

Taking care of babies now is no longer your pain. Habee is here to make baby caring is an enjoyable task. No need to suffer from finding suitable and reliable information in books or tons of different websites, Habee is a perfect place for you to be helped.

ANALYSIS Vietnam birth rate is one of the highest countries in ASEAN. Moreover, as the GPD increase, the need for higher life quality is also goes up. As a result, young mothers will need an accurate, fast and reliable source of information to help them take care of their family as well as their business.

STRENGTHS: Time saving as the information is customise based on characteristic of the babies.

Accurate information as these information is reviewed by professionals in the fields.

AUDIENCE YOUNG PARENTS Meet Thanh, She is a 27 mom who is currently working as a senior web designer.

She earns 17 mil/month with her current job. She is introvert, ambitious and inquisitive. Usually she is pretty busy with her high pressure work but she just has a baby. Her child now is 4 months old and unfortunately, she lives away from her old parents so they can not help her. He husband is much busier than her. She and her husband are not only not able to balance family and work tasks but also lacks knowledge of taking care of newborn baby. Since Thanh is not a chatty person, it’s hard for her to ask her workmates about “baby stuff”. She would rather to learn new things through books or the internet but information is so huge that it’s hard for her to select and memorize them.

Thanh is at her office and she has about an hour and a half for lunch break. After having lunch, she opens Google Chrome, clicks Favourite and choose Habee and log in her account. It is been a month since Thanh used this web.

Thanh is working abroad now so her husband will be the one taking care of baby for the whole week. She has already planned her child’s daily recipes for a whole month so her husband can base on that to do. The website sends notification a week ago to recommend her 4-month-child to start eating mashed food along with milk now. Thanh starts clicking on the diaries, which is noted down that her child got measles virus, she highlights it and scroll up, click the Vaccine Booking section to reconfirm the vaccine she booked yesterday, and hope her husband can find the Notification of calendar to see. For the first time using this website, Thanh add her husband and her sister within the system, to makesure that everytime she is not beside her baby, other people can keep track and follow the plan on Habee to take care for her little baby.

AUDIENCE

Every morning, after doing breakfast for the family, Thu starts opening Habee, loging in her account.

DEVOTED PARENTS

Meet Thu, Thu is a 35-year-old housewife who has late pregnancy. Not going to work, Thu wants to spend 100 percent her time to take care for her children in the best way. Additionally, Thu is a caring and dedicated mom. However, what she worries much about is the vaccination. There are many situation that babies die after taking vaccination; therefore, Thu collects a lot of information about which type is the safest one. Not flying to Singapore, she has to find which hospitals in Vietnam offering the safe vaccine and best services for her child, to do so, she needs to book vaccine at that hospital but the currently vaccine booking system via 1080 confused her a lot and there are no official system recording type of vaccine as well as the location.

Then the calendar notification window appears informing ‘Hi Thu, as schedule, Ti will have his vaccination tomorrow at 9:00 at Hanh Phuc International Hospital.’ Thu closes the pop-up window and go to the Vaccine section.

Vaccination is no longer the problem that Thu is concerned about because she can collect everything type of vaccines in the market at that time and where offers the best vaccines which no harm to her child. Everything was clear to Thu because Habee gave Thu a clear form to fill in. It allowed Thu to choose either service vaccine or national free vaccine. Thu chose service vaccine because she wanted her daughter to be vaccinated 6-in-1.

After She chose the vaccine type, Habee leads her to the list of hospitals that this 6-in-1 vaccine was available there. As Habee recommended, Hanh Phuc hospital is one that closest to her house, then she moved the mouse to the end and clicked ‘DONE'.

And today, the already-set calendar has done well its job for reminding the vaccination date letting Thu has the best preparation for her kid.

FEATURES BABY PROFILE: Recording basic information of each babies and then recommend suitable meal plan for them. Get in touch with other family members and keep track your baby status even while you are away with the family connect feature.

MEAL PLAN: Using the reliable information source from doctors and proffesionals, Habee provide customized meal plan for every babies. Although your baby have specific allergy or be underweighted, Habee still automatically refine the most suitable plan for your babies.

VACCINE BOOKING: Instead of waiting for hours at the hospital or spending nights worrying about safety of vaccine, you can now easily book an available vaccination spot at your nearest hospital with Habee’s friendly interfaces.

As information about heathcare for babies are varaiable and the their condition is different from one to another, it is easily confuse mothers specialy who just have their first born.

Therefore, the most significant feature of this website is that when people sign in and update their babies information, Habee can deliver the exact suggestion that they need from food recipe that suitable for special health condition (allergy, digest), when and what vaccine the babies need to take, booking nearest hospital for vaccine and other people in the family can track the activity of the babies when the mothers are not home.

After confirming their baby’s meal plan, the meal plan icon appear at the side navigation for easier plan tracking each day.

While mom is away, mom can add dad to keep going on with the meal plan through the family connect feature

Calendar feature is helpful when parents want to check on the progress of their baby vaccination

FINAL DESIGN Inside the Vaccine Booking feature Habee will automatically recommend the type, time and venue for vaccination base on the baby database

Even though the suggestions are not what the users want, they can always manually edit the options to match their desire

And even if something come up makes they change the plan, Habee still always happy to help them reschedule the vaccination
