CASAGUSTA PAVILION

Role: Architect

Designed as pavillion of the famous company of Leonardo Helicopters, Casagusta pavillion has area around 600 sqm with meeting area, brief rooms, check-in services, toilets, pantry, VIP area, exhibition space, control room etc.

Functioned as helicopter gate for EXPO area, pavillion was built during 14 months.

GREEN SQUARE

Main surface of of Green Square have almost 50 000 sqm with 80 000 sqm of underground parking and facilities. Using sustainable and recycling materials, wide sosial and retail functions, with forecasting around 10 000 visitors monthly.

Based to academic investigation, Zhejiang hospital have innovative functional schemes. While typical hospitals’ scheme have distribution of functions along the corridors, the project of Zhejiang hospital consist by 7 towers distributed by the separated functions with terraces and light facade covering.

Located on the southern coast of Albania, Saranda Resort consist by naturally inclinated, rocky coast with almost 16 ha of area.

Viareggio is one of the most fascinating balneological locations in Italy. The main aim of the project is to create a new and contemporary central plaza for the city with public and retail functions, such as restaurants, underground spa areas, underground parking, leisure activities, etc.

The public plaza will have a direct connection between Pineta di Ponente and the beach area.

Smart clinics represent by themselves flexible and modular structures, which can be built and rebuilt around the World. The general program of the building with 3000 sqm consists of an acceptance area leading to diagnostic areas, dental and outpatient clinics, and ambulatory and operating-surgery areas.

Using reusable materials, flexible structure, installed solar panels, natural ventilation, and brise soleil facade gives sustainable efficiency to the building.

The ambitious task is to make this gateway the true landmark of the masterplan, a sign that will be visible on a territorial scale. From above, the Amaala logo will be visible, and will define the physical limit between the desert nature of the context and the green oasis of the new settlement.

Azerbaijan has had a varied past, sitting at the crossroads between the West and East it has been subject to varies forms of occupation constantly shifting and morphing with ever changing regional powers. This has in recent times been stabilised by the formation of the state of Azerbaijan, where lower black layer is oil background of the city, second white layers is Soviet and last transparent layer of nowadays accordingly.

BACK TO THE FUTURE

This research aims to create a new strategic vision for Galciana, a historical town near Prato, which lost attractiveness for residents, with method of revalorisation. In order to develop approach of revalorisation, I would like to divide work to several phases, and for each of them to work in different scales, from metropolitan to detailed architectural drawings. Each of phases have contribution to social review, by interviewing residents of town, in a way to familiarize myself with their opinions, needs and preferences.

An area that has been the subject over time of occasional fragmentary interventions lacking overall design logic. A project that gives “life” to the lakefront, capable of reorganizing the existing spaces and able to pursue the objectives through a unitary overall design, capable of enhancing the formal and aesthetic quality intrinsic to the area, combined with the desire to create a new connection between the city and the landscape.
