Val Cooley

I recently quit my full time job to devote more time to public speaking to schools and groups about bullying. I was a victim of bullying when I was in high school, and am currently booking speaking events to help gay youth realize that suicide is not the answer, and it DOES get better. I own two businesses. I've owned Dr. Doo Doo's K9 Waste Removal for 10 years, and scoop dog poop in Nixa, Ozark, and Springfield. I am also a professional photographer, and own Val Cooley Photography. My passion is landscape photography, and when I'm not working my other jobs, you can usually find me hiking in the woods or in the Ozark Mountains in Arkansas with my backpack, camera, and tripod. My nature photos have been published on the cover of two different issues of The Ozarks Mountaineer Magazine in 2010, and one of those photos won the 2010 Cover Photo Of The Year.
