Situé dans un immeuble de Sauvage, ce projet avait pour but d’ajouter une salle de bain et un bureau pour l’activité professionelle de la cliente. Il s’inscrit dans l’espace du séjour et déplace la cuisine. Celle-ci devient un îlot parallèle façade extérieur, face au séjour et à la salle à manger. Le tout s’inscrivant dans le respect de cet existant exceptionnel.
Located in a Sauvage’s building, this project aimed to add a bathroom and an office for the client’s professional activity. It fits into the living room and moves the kitchen. This one becomes an island, parallel to exterior facade, facing the living room and the dining area. All this in keeping with the respect of this exceptional place.

Projet de rénovation complète d’un appartement T3, au coeur du quartier Montparnasse. Le client souhaite modifier l’organisation spatiale de l’appartement pour en faire un T2. La cuisine et le salon sont déplacés cotés façade sur rue, exposés sud, et la chambre se place côtés cour favorisant les espaces calmes et une lumière douce. Les pièces servantes sont conçues comme un bloc tampon entre la chambre et le reste des pièces à vivre.

This project is a complete renovation of an apartment T3, in the heart of the Montparnasse district. The client wants to change the spatial organization of the apartment to transform it in T2. The kitchen and the living room are moved to the street facade side, facing south, and the bedroom stands nexte to the courtyard side favoring a quiet space and a soft light. The handpieces are designed as a lock between the bed room and the rest of the living rooms.

La première boutique d’une marque est un énorme projet pour celle-ci. Le shop déterminera sa réussite dans ce pays, son nouveau public mais auss, de déterminer sa nouvelle Guideline. Le Shop n’étant pas le premier en Asie, Denham étant bien implanté en Chine et au Japon, il fallut trouver un autre design pour démarquer cette boutique. Une structure en bois aux assemblages japonisants fut choisie pour l’exposition, et un marquage au sol divisent l’espace entre le côté homme et le côté femme.
A brand’s first shop is a huge project. The shop will determine its success in this country and its new audience, but also determine its new Guideline. The Shop is not the first in Asia, Denham is well established in China and Japan, it was necessary to find another design to distinguish this shop. A wooden structure with ‘‘japonizing’’ assemblies was chosen for the exhibition, and a floor marking divide the space between the male and female sides. Photographie / Photography

Le projet Turin consiste en la rénovation de la totalité d’un hôtel particulier en plein coeur de Paris. Avec l’ambition de proposer un immeuble de haut standing, ce projet , c’est fait avec la participation d’un directeur artistique, le Constance Guisset Studio, permettant un travail coordonné sur le choix des matériaux, des finitions et sur la conception du mobilier sur mesure. Notre mission consistait également à proposer des plans de ventes et des images promotionnelles. Plan R+3 / PlanThird Floor 14
The Turin project consists in the renovation of an entire private mansion in the heart of Paris. With the ambition to offer a high-quality building, this project is done with the participation of an artistic director, the Constance Guisset Studio. It’s allowing a coordinated work on the choice of materials, finishes and the design of custom furniture. Our mission was also to propose sales plans and promotional images.

Le projet Hoche est une remise en blanc d’un plateau de bureaux à deux pas de l’Arc de Triomphe. Au vue de la qualité de l’espace et de la proximité des locaux avec un monument historique, il avait été accordé un budget supérieur au vue de créer un plateaux agréable et lumineux de haut standing. L’ajout d’une cuisine et la remise à neuf des sanitaires permettent de proposer aux futurs acheteurs un confort supplémentaire dans leurs nouveaux locaux.

The Hoche project is a restoration of an office tray close to the Arc de Trionphe. In view of the quality of the space and the proximity to a historical monument, it had been granted a higher budget to create a pleasant and bright high-quality tray. The addition of a kitchen and the refurbishment of the sanitary facilities make it possible to offer additional comfort to future buyers in their new premises.

- Phase I Besoin Phisionomique et de Sécurité Phisionimical and Security Needs
Après l’atterrissage, la mission des colons commence. Les premiers ‘‘ Sol ’’ de leur mission, sont en phase de transition. La fusée a atterri dans un cratères au sud d’Elysium Planitia. C’est durant cette phase que l’équipage vide la fusée de ses charges utiles avant de déployer les planchés contenue dans celle-ci. Une fois déployé, les colons organisent les étages de la fusée pour la phase 1. Cette phase prend en compte les deux premiers étages de la Pyramide de Maslow. La fusée est donc composée de tout ce qui doit répondre au besoin physionomique ; mais aussi de répondre au besoin de sécurité.
After landing, the mission of the settlers begins. The first ‘‘ Sols ’’ are a transition phase. The rocket lands in a crater in the south of Elysium Planitia. During this period, the crew empties the rocket of its payloads before deploying the floors contained in the rocket. Once deployed, the colonists organize the rocket stages for Phase I. This phase takes into account the first two stages of the Maslow Pyramid. The rocket is therefore composed of everything that must meet the physical need ; but also meet the security need. 20

- Phase II Besoin Sociaux Social Needs
La Phase II correspond au troisième étage de la Pyramide de Maslow, c’est-à-dire le besoin de lien sociaux, mais cette phase permet aussi de consolider les besoins de la Phase I en apportant une plus grande qualité de vie aux colons. Cette phase s’enrichie principalement d’activités créatives et sportives. Mais aussi d’un lieu de culte neutre et une crèche. Elle correspond également à la partit enterré du projet. En effet, la planète étant continuellement bombardé de rayon cosmique et de radiation solaire, les étages en sous-sol sont bien plus protégés de ces rayons cancérigènes que les étage au-dessus du sol. Il permet ainsi de protéger les colons dans leur moment les plus vulnérable.
Phase II corresponds to the third stage of the Maslow Pyramid, need for social links, but this phase also helps to consolidate the needs of Phase I by bringing a higher quality of life to the colon.This phase is therefore composed of a creative hub and a sports hall, a nursery and a Universal Shrine. It is also the buried part of the project. Indeed, as the planet is continually bombed with cosmic rays and solar radiation, the floors below the ground are much more protected from these carcinogenic rays than the floors above the ground. It helps to protect settlers in their most vulnerable moments, when they are asleep or showering. 22

- Phase III Besoin d'Estime Estime Needs
La Phase III correspond au 4ème étage de la Pyramide de Maslow représentant le besoin d’estime de l’individu. Ce besoin se traduit par l’estime des futurs travaux et des recherches que feront les colons sur le sol martien. Elle se constitue donc de laboratoire de biologie et de géologie, d’un espace d’analyse médicale, d’un grand espace de culture et d’élevage, d’un grand complexe de garage et d’une plus grande plateforme de communication. C’est aussi pendant cette phase que les colons enclenchent les prémices d’une entreprise qui durera plus de 300 années Martiennes, la Terraformation.
The Phase III, is the 4th stage of the Maslow Pyramid. It represents the individual’s need of self-esteem. This wish reflects in the appreciation of future works and researches of the settlers on the Martian soil. It is composed by laboratories of biology and geology, a medical center, a large space dedicated to the culture and the breeding, a garage complex and a communication hub. But it is also during this phase that the settlers set in motion the beginnings of an undertake will last more than 300 Martian years, Terraforming.

Après des centaines d’années de Terraformation, les eaux sont montées sur la planète Mars et ont submergées le bâtiment Mars Unit, renommé Mars Unit One. En effet, après le succè de la mission, les agences spatiales ont décidé d’envoyer d’autre colons vers la planète rouge avec les mission Mars Unit 2, 3, 4, etc. La gravité martienne, trois fois inférieure à celle de la Terre a permis aux Hommes d’évoluer vers des êtres bien plus adapté aux voyages spéciaux à gravité 0. Le système solaire se colonise, c’est la fin de la Phase IV.
After hundreds years of Terraforming ; waters rose on the planet Mars and submerged the building of Mars Unit, renamed Mars Unit One. Indeed, after the success of the mission Mars Unit, space agencies decide to send more settlers towards the red planet with mission Mars Unites 2, 3, 4, etc. The Martian gravity, three times lower than the Earth one, has allowed Humanity to evolve towards beings more suitable for special trips in zero gravity. The solar system has been colonized, it is the end of Phase IV.

Ce projet, construit autour de la question de l’eau très présente dans la ville de Kyôto, se trouve aux abords de la Shirakawa. L’eau et la végétation viennent s’infiltrer dans le projet et forment des rojis, mais également une ‘‘Place du Village’’ autour d’un grand cerisier, conservé. L’accès à la rivière est redonné aux habitants du projet et à ceux du quartier. Les habitations prennent la forme de cellules, de bulbes. Elles sont formées d’une paroi mé-
tallique et d’un noyau de bois qui concentre les espaces intimes du logement. La végétation de chaque terrasse dépasse des toits et accentue la forme excentrique des maisons. Ce projet, s’implante dans le paysage de la Shirakawaen invitant en son sein la végétation diverse qui pousse le long de ses berges. Ainsi on obtient un projet organique où chaque habitation a ses spécificités et sa forme propre.

This project, built around the issue of water, omnipresent in the city of Kyôto, is next to the Shirakawariver. Water and vegetation infiltrate the project and form rojis, but also a ‘‘village place’’ around a preserved cherry tree. The access to the river is given back to the inhabitants of the project and those of thedistrict. Houses take the form of cells, bulbs. They are formed of a metal shell and a wooden heart,
which concentrates the intimate spaces of the dwelling. The vegetation of each terrace exceeds roofs and accentuates the form of eccentric houses. This project, is implanted in the landscape of the Shirakawa inviting in its center the diverse vegetation which pushes along its banks. Thus we obtain an organic project where each house has its specificities and its own form.

Le logement collectif s’articule autour de deux thèmes : l’un morphologique, propre au bâtiment, et l’autre typologique, propre au logement.
The collective housing is structured around two themes : one morphological, specific to the building, and the other typological, specific to housing.
L’habitat individuel groupé, en morphologie, s’exprime sous la forme d’une nappe s’étendant sur toute la surface de la parcelle. Elle se creuse en son centre pour former une rue intérieure, donnant aux logements un seuil bien marqué. La « façade épaisse », en typologie, se caractérise par deux trames de poteaux de bois accueillant les espaces servants. Elle laisse l’intérieur des appartements aux pièces de vie, et permet la création de patios propres à chaque logement.
The individual grouped habitat, in morphology, is expressed as a layer extending over the entire surface of the plot. It widens in its center to form an interior street, giving the houses a marked threshold. The « thick facade », in typology, is characterized by two frames of wooden posts welcoming the spaces servant. It leaves the interior of the apartments to the life rooms, and allows the creation of patios specific to each house.

L’école, placée au centre de la parcelle, s’organise autour de deux patios, et d’un gymnase public. Ces 3 lieux forment des points poreux, vitrés, qui offrent une vue traversant du bâtiment. Ils mettent en relation différents éléments du programme et leurs utilisateurs, tout en gardant leurs intimités en limitant leur perception.
The school, located in the center of the plot, is organized around two patios, and a public gymnasium. These 3 places form porous points, glazed, which offer a crossing view of the building. They relate different elements of the program and their users, while maintaining a certain intimacy by limiting their perception.
Enfin, la tour de l’administration fonctionne comme un far au-dessus du site, elle est un point de ralliement pour les élèves partants pour l’école.
Finally, the tower of the administration functions as a far above the site, it is a rallying point for students leaving for school.

L’architecture peut prendre plusieurs formes selon les principes qu’on y applique. Dans ce projet c’est le pliage, formant sa structures mais aussi des alcoves et permetant de créer un projet avec un profil unique. Le pliage se referme sur lui-même, s’adaptant à un environnement montagneux. Cocon de chaleur, et chaleureux, il accueille les alpinistes les plus téméraires pour une nuit de repos face à la pente.
Architecture can take many forms depending on the principles applied. In this project the folding is forming structures,and space that allow to create a project with a unique profile. The folding closes on itself, adapting to a mountain environment. Like a warm cocoon, it welcomes the most reckless alpinists for a night of rest facing the slope.
