1. Chop mint very small or put in the blender and mix with sugar

2. dip your glass in some water and then dip in the mint-sugar to get a fancy edge

3. add to the glass some ice and the alcohol, a bit of syrup, lime juice and a lime and orange slice

4. add about 2 shots of orange juice and top the glass of with tonic

1. Heat a pot with oil and add the finely chopped onion, garlic, chili and ginger

2. In a glass mix soyasaus, rice vinegar, peanut butter / sesame paste, soybean paste, sugar/honey and some oil and when well mixed add to the pot

3. cut the carrot in long slices and the mushrooms in cubes and add to the pot

4. add boiled water with bouillon and cumin powder to the pan and let it simmer for 20 minutes

5. in the meantime prepare the noodles

6. taste the soup and add more soyasaus/ vinegar to your taste

7. serve the soup in a bowl with the noodles, sesame seeds on top and a piece of lime sesame paste or peanutbutter or tahini bouillon powder sugar / honey chili
