quick lentils
Add the finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger and chili to the pot. Fry for some minutes. Add the lentils and curry paste and fry for a minute.
Add boiled water, bouillon powder and some spices like curcuma, cumin, oregano, and salt and pepper. Put the lit on top and let it simmer. Cut the tomatoes and carrot in small cubes and the mushrooms in bigger cubes, add to the pot.

Let it simmer for about half an hour, cut in the meantime the coriander and cherry tomatoes and mix the yogurt with a bit of lime juice, salt and pepper, cumin powder and sugar. Serve the lentils with the fresh coriander and cherry tomatoes on top and a bit of the yogurt sauce on the side
