Tourneau
is known for having the largest selection of luxury watches. This proposed design for their new location at Three Bryant Park honors their 115 yearlong dedication to the artistry and history of watches and watchmaking. Combining elements of the Art Deco style, watchmaking techniques, and attention to fine detail creates an environment that is classic, elegant, delicate, and rich just as their products are. The gentle curves of the plan and fixtures suggest motifs of art deco and replicate the forms of guilloche, a process that is used to etch watch faces. Guilloche etchings are delicately applied throughout the design of the interior and exterior.

Carrot Creative
is a group of enthusiastic coworkers who mesh together to create what is known as Brooklyn’s best full-service digital agency. As a digital agency, they help their clients develop creative and technical internet- based products such as websites, apps, and interactive online experiences. In their upcoming Manhattan location in Chelsea, at 135 W 18th Street, Carrot Creative envisions creating a collaborative work environment, in which they will host companies that plan to develop products using Carrot Creative’s digital expertise. Guest companies will be able to rent an individual room dedicated to their project where they can collaborate with Carrot employees. Various meeting rooms and lounge areas will also be included in the space to accommodate for diverse working situations. An auditorium will be provided for casual and formal presentations of projects and project development. Lastly, a beer tap bar will be included in the plan to carry out the traditions of a relaxed working environment they are infamous for in their Brooklyn office. Inspiration for the design has been pulled from the deconstruction of Carrot’s logo. Their “C” shape is used throughout the plan to symbolize Carrot’s embrace of new clients and partnerships within the workspace.

Beverly Bootstraps
is a non-profit organization that helps to aid and help those in the North Shore community during times that they are unable to support themselves or their family. My concept for the reception design of the 131 Rantoul Street site is a knot. A knot symbolizes the strength and tight bond that Beverly Bootstraps has with their clients and their mission to act as a form of community support. A knot is also adjustable, flexible and secure. The services that Beverly Bootstraps provides aims to be flexible to an individual’s personal situation and their staff works with that client to make sure they are assisting as much as possible. Upper East Side Townhouse
located on East 70th Street between Lexington Ave and 3rd Ave was inspired by Sofia Vergara. The design combines silvers, golds, glass, precious stones, and luxurious furs to create a sexy and extravagent interior. The townhouse is composed of four floors with a commercial galery space on the first floor amd an open private balcony belonging to the new Vergara residence.

Psychiatric Center of New
York
Using artwork, sculpture, imagery, New York City has been reimagined to give a sense of calm for patients. Zoning areas of the plan as Manhattan neighborhoods is used as a means of navigation as well as to define space function. Central Park is our reception atrium; the heart and social hub. Columbus Circle is a waiting area for private therapy. It also serves as a rotary for circulation throughout the 26 Washington Street building. The Highline is our linear outdoor rooftop which serves as a social area and outdoor activity space for staff and patients. By creating an environment that abstractly depicts the city, the design will help children and adolescent patients adapt a more relaxed and less stressful relationship with the city they call home. FURNITURE
Plateau
is invisioned with wonderment in mind. Layered, textured, and ridgid Plateau makes a statement while encapsultating a sophisitcated representation of the earth’s naturally occuring sculptures.
Zuede
is a result admiration for texture and material. Leather z-shaped chaise lounge “floats” on hidden legs consealed by draping suede tassels.
Boomerang
keeps sustainablity in mind by using recycled glass, ecologically conscious wood suppliers, and zero VOC wood varnish. Solid Walnut contrasts from this coffee table’s clear glass top to emphasize its legs uniqe shape.

Dunes
is inspired by the organic, fossilized layers of petrified sand dunes that are a natural wonder of the world. Their flowing duvres encourage those who witness them to explore the dune’s breathtaking view futher. The dunes evoke feelings of natural beatuy, expedition, and discovery. AUTOCAD, REVIT, PHOTOSHOP
