This will ensure that you receive the correct item in a timely fashion. LINGERIE RETURN POLICY Lingerie and Hosiery items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Damaged goods must be reported with 72 hours or receipt by the customer or the hostess, and can be exchanged for identical items only. All ordering is done confidential after the party. We respect your need for privacy and our advisors will handle your order in a discreet and professional manner. We reserve the right to substitute like items in case of out of stock item or items with extended lead times. Accepted Credit Cards
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All orders are packed with care and privately bagged, sealed and labeled to protect your privacy. Shipping and Handling charges are $7.95 for orders that Ship to Host and $11.95 for orders that Ship to Customer. We ship all packages in unmarked boxes. The labels on your package will read IE Customer Service, so only you will know what is inside. We ship via UPS Ground and UPS Priority Mail only. Most orders ship from our warehouse within 24 hours of order receipt. Your advisor will be notified on out of stock items and expected date of shipment. Items returned as undeliverable or if package interception occurs, a $15 charge will be assed with additional charges for re-shipping your order.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Absolutely no refunds will be issued. Exchange of defective product will be for identical item only. Defective products must be reported with in 14 days of receipt. Shortages must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.
