ATHLETICS
The Valley Christian Athletics program serves three primary purposes. First, it aims to impart life lessons through genuine competition, emphasizing effort, teamwork, sportsmanship, preparation, dignity, self-confidence, and resilience in adversity. Second, the program acts as a vital outreach arm of the VCS ministry, dedicated to sharing the gospel through words and actions in all interactions and situations while fostering a Christian environment for both entertainment and competition. Finally, we aim to provide exemplary Christian role models within our coaching staff, striving to cultivate Christ-like character in our athletes.

PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Our Physical Education (PE) program empowers all students to maintain a lifelong love of physical activity as a cornerstone for a healthy, productive, and fulfilling life. A physically educated student engages in activities, upholds high character, appreciates physical literacy, and lays the groundwork for healthy choices.
We partner with SPARK PE to provide students with top-tier physical education. SPARK PE aims to be more inclusive, engaging, and enjoyable than traditional PE classes. With over twenty years of extensive research and nationwide field testing, they are recognized as one of the leading physical education programs globally. Our PE teachers participate in annual training to implement this curriculum effectively, and many of our staff have achieved the designation of “SPARK Certified Instructor.”
