MARKET UPDATE In Steamboat Springs, sales for the first quarter of 2015 are running slightly behind sales for the first quarter of 2014. According to information provided by Land Title Guarantee Company totals sales were 8% lower in 2015 than in 2014 at $91 million. Just over 50% of all closings in the first quarter did not involve a lender and were completed as a cash transaction. Of the 133 closings in the first quarter, only 10 percent were for sales of $1 million dollars or more.
